Quick Quack Car Wash

it’s hands down the best spot to get your car looking spotless in no time! The wash is fast, the vacuums are free, and your ride comes out shining every time. Definitely a must if you want to keep your car looking fresh!

I've been using this quick quack location for well over a year but never again. Took my car in a couple of months ago, and my car's side skirt came out with a crack. Back then I thought huh, might just be a coincidence, maybe it happened somewhere else, but early last week I took it through and it basically destroyed part of my rear diffuser, all I had left was the screws and the 3m tape on the car. Filed an incident report, and they said, "The manager will call you tomorrow or the day after." Well, that never happened... I even went back myself to following up just a few days ago, and they said the same thing, and still nothing. I am more than disappointed.

Bad customer service for a mediocre wash. This was my first time at a Quick Quack, and I was very unimpressed. It was very unclear where the line to get a wash began, and if there was more than one line. I chose a line and waited as no cars were moving through the wash for several minutes. This could be very easily fixed with some signage and traffic cones. Once I got about two cars from the front of the line, a sign that I was unable to see at the end of the line due to the orientation, showed that I was in the membership line, which meant I needed to switch lines and wait all over again. Poor, careless design on their part. The line moved very slowly because they only had one cashier working. The cashier had to go back and forth between the lines. A kiosk would fix this problem, but if they had a kiosk they wouldn’t be able to shove a subscription in your face. The cashier was very pushy about signing up for a subscription. I’m not sure about other people but I like to try something out once before I get bullied into a subscription I don’t want. The wash was fine. The back of my car was still dirty. So definitely won’t be signing up for a subscription, thanks though

quick quack car wash is the GOAT! super fast, super clean, and the free vacuums make it even better. Your car comes out looking fresh every time, and the vibes of the workers are always on point!

Boooo quick quack. Used to come here because of the starving student card but they don’t have it this year. Very disappointing. We drove all the way over there for no reason, and it took 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot because of how bad traffic is in that area. So we went to Shiny Shell and had a great experience! Sorry quick quack, we’re now converted to shiny Shell. They were also very proactively nice to us. It’s not that quick quack wasn’t good but not doing the starving student card is disappointing, and this location takes forever to navigate around. Maybe we’ll come back if they do the starving student again!
