Quick Quack Car Wash

I’ve been a member of quick quack car wash for over a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and staff. The staff that work here are very friendly and helpful. Always have a smile and complementing my car. Today I came across a staff member named Marcos. Marcos was very helpful and gave me great feedback. Thank you for your great customer service. I will continue to be a member here and keep enjoying their services. Thank you!

Amy was very helpful in signing us up. It was so easy!! Our Suburban looks all sparkly and shiny and the wash removed the black tar from the side of our truck from the road being repaired!! Chantel was very helpful in adding our other truck to our account!! Otto even wiped down the wheel well to make sure the tar came off. Fantastic car wash along with fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend using Quick Quack Car Wash!!

Awesome experience! Got the upgraded unlimited package and was super happy with the results. The towels, air, and vacuums are such a value added to the whole package!!! I would absolutely recommend it. Shoutout to Jacob for making the whole thing a very smooth and pleasant experience. Great customer service all around

Terrible customer service provided. Arrived in Honda Accord, front large lady offered her different car wash selections. I opted for basic wash and asked if this carwash offered towels for drying, carpet cleaning machine, and if bays for drying clear up quick since it's small bay. She said yes to everything and claim to be best carwash compared to their competitors, Ultra Express Car Wash and Super Star Carwash 🌟. After experiencing Super Star Carwash, I gave it 10/10 for how big bays are, everything above mentioned was offered and customer service was perfect. Ultra Express Car wash is 9/10, they offer everything expect towels. First thing Car was damage during wash, somehow mirror got damaged and broke off unfortunately, couldn't reattached it due to plastic snapping off of back. Waiting 20min for bay to clear afterward, finally got bay for drying. Vaccumn cleaner didn't work, psi was low on air lines, and all bays had no towels. I asked the lady who guided us in for towels, informed her our Vaccumn was off, and each bay had to towels. She said she will fix the vacuum, and provided dirty towels. After informing her that each bay had no towels, she got angry and told me "she busy, and if you don't like it here, go to our other competitors across the street, ur more and free to leave". I already paid for wash and wanted finish the vehicle. After drying and cleaning vehicle I finally got clean towels and vacuum on after another 30min. I also asked where are carpet cleaning machine, she told me they had none after informing me she in fact had a machine before entering. She questioned me if I worked with their competitors and why I'm questioning her. I told her no, you just lied to me on what u offered. She clearly doesn't care for job and will forward to corporate to hopefully improve. Not looking make claim with the mirror, more concerned of custmer service provided. Thank you -No towels -Vaccumn not working -No carpet cleaning machine -Busted Mirror -Low psi in air lines -Poor Customer service

Alondra has great customer service! And overall a great car wash 10/10 would recommend never had a problem with the car wash i love ittt!!
