Quick Quack Car Wash

So excited that this location finally opened up. I love how they always have fresh clean towels to dry your vehicle. And I love how the location is nice and clean. The Vacuums also have great suction. The staff is personable and friendly. And for those EV drivers they have Chargers. Definitely a must try.

I want to say that I really wanted to like this self car wash because of it's convenience, UNFORTUNATELY...I already had doubts about the self car wash leaving "swirls/scratches" on my truck, but that wasn't even the issue. QuickQuack Carwash's track (Rollers) that move the car through the car wash ran my truck into the vehicle in front of me, which made my front end bumper hit that other person's tow hitch. I would've been fine if they took responsibility for their attendants not leaving more room in between cars going through the machine, but instead they blamed the driver in front of me, even though their tracks were the item that forced me into the car in front of me during the wash. Management then called me from personal cell phones and personal emails (super unprofessional that it was not from a official company rep.) to inform me that they determined it was the fault of the driver in front of me. All this was during the "free trial" period since they just opened, so I guess I should've never given them a try to begin with. But I would've expected the company to at least think about the amount of customers during this time and at least space out the vehicle more, let alone take responsibility for their company's protocols. If you take care of your vehicle the way I do, please do not go here. How is that my fault? I think your staff should’ve spaced the vehicles out more in between each other from preventing this from happening, I see this as lack of quality, and what’s worse is that your company is unwilling to take responsibility. I wanted to like you guys, I really did, but your lack of accountability is the reason why you have lost my business. I really hope that others do not go through this same experience. I just wanted to have my car clean, instead I got a damaged dent on my truck.

Misty was very nice and she complimented us with free air fresheners. She asked us How our experience was. Our experience is great and we are members at quick quack car wash. Would always recommend anyone to get their car wash washed here.

This will definitely be my new go-to car wash! The location is exceptionally clean, convenient, and efficient. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly. Christina assisted me and genuinely brightened my week with her kindness, respect, and enthusiasm. Her exceptional service is truly remarkable!
