Owner responded that the wash was broken. No prob. SH*T happens. What you didn't do is report the broken wash to your Customer Service corporate office so callers could be informed. Second, the wash broke so you have employees standing around. You should move the 'Closed' easels to the front of the entry and place an employee there to explain to customers that the wash broke.
