Quick Quack Car Wash

I went through the car wash yesterday as I was driving my granddaughter home. I was very disappointed as we got home, because I noticed there were white spots all over my car and on the windows and parts of the car were still dirty. I called to see if they can rewash it or give me my money back, but the management said they wouldn’t help me, because I had driven away from the establishment. I had to repay to re-wash my car at another car wash to have it washed right and the white spots removed. Horrible service! Save your money, go elsewhere.

It's quick, it's fast. It's good. They always have plenty of towels to dry. Your car off with the vacuuming is excellent. Good customer service. Come get your wash on.

I love this car wash the washers get your car very clean. The vacuums have a very good suction so it's really quick vacuuming your car. And I love the fact that they have towels so I don't have to wash my towels so quick. The price is a little more than I would like to pay but I think it's cheaper than paying to get your car washed once a week with armor all.

Strong vacuums for sure!! I will say single washes seem a bit pricey and while the wash itself does seem better than most, if not every, other machine wash I’ve seen, the staff who greet and process whatever service you chose for your car, they definitely put a good amount of pressure on you to upgrade to a membership. As for myself, I don’t mind only because I have some experience in sales but I’ve been there 4 times now and only twice was I driving so I saw the uncomfortable feelings a person gets after an unexpected “hard sale” comes when you think your there just to try out the new car wash that has giant signs saying FREE CARWASH GRAND OPENING. To add to that the lady who parked next to me was elderly and also had a heavy accent told me she thought it was free but then they said it was ten dollars so she paid and after reading her receipt discovers she purchased the highest membership 10$ first month and 31$ each month after that. I wrote this review in hopes that the owner reads this since I would want to know.. lastly the lines have always been short so it’s definitely quick plus they offer towels to use as well at the vacuums.

Could not be less happy. I’ve got scratches all over my car after few carwashes. Also, after a request of cancellation on my membership, the front desk boy told me my account has been cancelled successfully and few months later I noticed they have been still charging me $ 37.99, and there would be no refund, because they don’t do any cancellation at the counter and they like free money. Sorry for quick quack car wash.
