11/04/24 Love this car wash. We will have 5 cars on our membership and this place never fails. Love Giselle and Tay. They’re always helpful, and professional. Love that we are close to Costco and the highschool. This is a one stop shop.

2/21/24. First time getting a wash here (specifically as a fun addition to my husband’s birthday today) and not only is the car not fully clean, there are brand new scrapes on my hood and door. I called customer care and they don’t deal with incidents, that’s a store level issue and there’s a sign posted about not being responsible for anything older than 5 years. So looks like I’m SOL. 🙄 great first impression, I’m just glad we bought the promotion monthly membership and didn’t have to pay full price.

I tried this site once again to only get disappointed ☹️ when I pulled up there were no cars 🚗 but I had to wait for the two girls to finish their conversation before they acknowledged my presence. The girl who was facing me motioned that I was waiting, but the girl with her back towards me kept talking until she was finished with her conversation. This site is always so unprofessional I go out of my way and go to the one on cal oaks which the staff there always greet with enthusiasm and kindness, not we are lucky enough for these kids who don’t care for our business. This happened early in the morning around 7:30 Quick Quack should take their time and hire teenagers who really want to work and who are mature enough for the position.

Tire shine non existent. Paid for the ceramic. They checked and it wasn’t filled . Done nothing to make up for the money that was paid extra. The wash was mediocre at best. Better off posting for the cheap wash ace bringing your own stuff. Vacuums didn’t even pick up most of the dirt. Going to have to do it at a gas station or at home. Waste of money save time

I love having a membership so I can pull in for a fast car wash anytime. I also really appreciate they have towels available to dry off the wet spots after I go through the wash. I’ve been really happy with this car wash.
