Quick Quack Car Wash

I've had a great experience here. I decided to cancel my membership because of financial reasons, and what I really appreciate about quick quack is they don't make you jump through hoops or anything. Grace was really kind when I requested the cancellation, and even refunded my last month since I hadn't used any washes. They have great customer service!

The staff were very friendly and the experience was seamless. This was also my first time at a car wash. Highly recommend for a quick wash.

I really loved how helpful Chase was! he pays good attention to customer satisfaction that made the car wash experience really good. The quality of the car wash coupled with Chase's outstanding service. It's always refreshing to encounter dedicated a staff members who make me want to go back more.

This was my first time at this car wash and my experience was great! Chase was super helpful, patient and kind and answered all my questions since I didn’t know much about anything! My car windows had a lot of grime and it’s soo much better in such a short time!! Definitely recommend! Next time, I’ll make sure to have time to vacuum the inside. But still pretty awesome for a quick wash.

*UPDATE* THEY SAY THEY DONT BRIBE BUT THEY LITERALLY WALKED UP TO ME AND SAID "HEY CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE A 5 STAR REVIEW AND SAID IF I DID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A FALL SCENTED AIR FRESHNER, THEY ALSO MADE ME SHOW PROOF THAT I LEFT THE 5 STAR REVIEW BEFORE GIVING IT TO ME* . First off, they bribe people with air fresheners to leave 5 star reviews! Second, they have Absolute horrible customer service. Not only was my front license plate bent and the frame broken but MULTIPLE people that same day had the same experience. We filed "damage reports" and the lady at the car wash suggested that I tell them to turn the front brushes off in the future...I pay for the top membership and you're telling ME to have you turn something off? What am i paying for then? And lastly, they WONT COVER the damage because my cars plate doesn't have 2 screws at the bottom....my car came that way from the dealership! How is that my fault? Nearly every person i saw had the same plate type. The guy also said i should take my plate off every time i used the car wash...🤦🏻‍♀ absolutely not. Ridiculous customer service, horrible policy. I canceled my membership.
