Quick Quack Car Wash

Great service at this location. Was assisted by a young girl named Selena, and she was very sweet, polite, and greeted me with a smile. Was happy to answer all of my questions. She definitely made this visit/experience seamless. Great customer service.

The lady checking me in was very pushy. As soon as she came to my window, she asked which membership she could start for me. I told her I wanted the one time wash and she asked me why! I told her I live out of town. Then she asked me which one time wash I wanted. I said just the basic and she said she recommended the ceramic one for people who never wash their cars (I wash mine weekly) and asked again what one I wanted. Then after I told her the $12.99 one, she proceeds to tell me I blocked the exit when I came in, and that next time, if I needed to do something, to move off to the side. I was in the right lane when I came in and quickly moved over to the left when I realized it was the membership lane. Only one car was behind me. They went to the membership lane.

The staff were so nice! They were very awesome to talk to and even asked if I had a favorite movie character to draw on the window to see it washed off! It’s so fantastic to have such a kind and personable yet professional staff.

This place snapped off a piece of my trim and didn't remove a bunch of dirt from my roof. That star is for Drake, who found the piece of trim and got it back to me. Went in and got a basic wash. I realized a bunch of dried dirt was still stuck to my sunroof after the fact when I drove out. Whatever, no big deal, I thought, and went about my day before I got home and noticed a piece of trim missing from the back of my car. Desperately tried to figure out what had happened before realizing that it must have been the car wash I'd gotten earlier in the day. Went back, asked about it, and they found it inside. Props to Drake for getting it back to me. Anyways I have to buy new trim and get some body work done, so I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here. It also didn't clean my car. For 14 dollars.

I have been a customer of Quick Quack Car Wash for years, and have always had positive experiences. I love how they always give me a dash wipe! I love to get a discounted membership for one month and then cancel it. Although there's a $5 fee to cancel the membership, their customer service representatives are always very kind and understanding. One month of a discounted membership plus $5 is totally worth it! They have account services online where you can track your membership, but in my experience I've always had to call customer service to cancel my membership. In my opinion, Quick Quack's car washes are better than their competitor Wiggy Wash. I love that I can still go through the wash with a broken windshield; they can turn off the top brush! Today, one of the workers, Ella, greeted me personally and invited me to give a review. She also gave me an air freshener and my toddler a toy rubber ducky.
