Quick Quack Car Wash

Please read this before you sign up and look at other 1,2 star reviews. They will all echo similar words of caution as I am. It's important to differentiate between the initial service at the car wash and the actual washing process, which could potentially damage your car's paint and body. Many reviews highlight the service quality. Like others, I agree—you're treated as if you've entered a five-star hotel, which is a fantastic experience. The offer of unlimited free washes, access to high-powered vacuum stalls, and air blowing faucets for cleaning your car seems too good to pass up, right? However, after nearly three years of patronage, I've observed issues like micro scratches, dry watermarks, and residual soap that, if not manually removed post-wash, could severely damage the paint. The concerns escalate when your car suffers damage during the wash, and the same welcoming staff dismiss any problems as pre-existing. I've had multiple cars and frequented various washes all over the country and internationally. I've never had issues elsewhere like I've had here. For evidence, please refer to the attached screenshot under photos showing their response to my claim about my Ford's fender getting ripped off. I want to caution anyone considering this car wash. While the facilities and initial experience are excellent, things change dramatically when problems arise—you're left to deal with them alone, often met with indifference from the same staff who initially seemed so accommodating. This issue isn't isolated. I strongly advise anyone with a valuable vehicle to avoid this car wash if you care about your car. Additionally, many young employees, possibly still in high school, work here. They excel in customer service; the issue arises when supervision is needed during incidents, and often, no manager is on duty. Despite multiple attempts to speak with a General Manager or Assistant Manager, I've been told they're unavailable or on leave, and my requests for callbacks have gone unanswered. I have registered 7 cars at this wash over the past 3 years. Every single one of them had some issue that I sighed about and simply put it under the oh well, whatever category expecting micro scratches or watermarks. Major offender damage that would cost me hundreds of no thousands is not acceptable! If you decide to try this place, please proceed with extra caution!

The staff is very friendly. Tonight, Keagan made sure all of my questions were answered and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with their service. I love the courtesy towels available and the new vending machine for car care by the self service vacuums.

I absolutely love coming to this car wash! The customer service is by far the best in a world that has gone down in that department. I come to this particular car wash everyday, and am met with nothing but smiles by each and every employee. Angelica has been my favorite employee. Every morning I come here, I am greeted with warm, sincere, and genuine gratitude and happiness! She is professional, and kind. Her customer service is beyond amazing. I highly recommend coming here!!

This was my first time going to quick quack car wash and I had the best experience. A young lady named Melanie helped me and she was very kind. Workers like this make the experience better as they show great customer service skills that are key to a working business. I will definitely be returning. The wash was clean and so was the vaccum area. Overall I thought the store was clean and ran well and I received beautiful customer service from Melanie. Definitely a great worker.

Been to a lot of car washes over the years and I can wholeheartedly say this place is a step above most. If you looking for value and you actually want unlimited in the truest sense of unlimited washes then this is your place. I was a member of everwash for almost a year and was disgusted that unlimited washes with them meant 1 a day, but not Quick Quack! I've washed my car 4 times in a single day and they were happy to see me each time I did donut for another. Awesome staff, clean facilities, functioning equipment, decent hours, good price, and a pretty cool experience going through the wash itself which does a great job given it's 100% machine.
