Quick Quack Car Wash

Best wash in the state and friendliest service take my word for it!! My kid loves the bright lights and colors and projected pictures- we have an unlimited pass and go around once a day! …the car looks incredible. Loving the ceramic spray and tire shine. Gets that Utah winter dirt and salt right out. We’re new customers and highly recommend Quick Quack!!

I really liked this car wash, they're very helpful, gave me a good deal and have towels to dry your car with free vacuums, air nozzles for blowing out your vents.

After a few years of bouncing around, I’ve settled on Quick Quack as my favorite car wash spot. The rollers get my car clean, and I don’t worry about the pressure of them knocking pieces off or scratching. There are locations everywhere in Utah I go, including St George, but this one is my favorite for location. The subscription is easy to manage. No issues plus the convenience and quality of it all give it 5 stars for me.

super disappointed in whoever owns this location. I purchased a brand new truck and took it through here for the first car wash. I fully inspected the brand new truck before buying. took the truck through which was my fault-should have never done it. came out, parked it and looked at it at the vaccum spots and noticed the passenger door with a big scrap in the side down the side of it where paint had been removed by the brush which violently hit while in there. When I tried to see if I can make the scrape better by rubbing it my finger over it, paint actually came off and was partially hanging off which confirmed it happened in the wash. I walk over to the booth and tell them what happened and the kids look at eachother and one hands me a slip without saying anything. I filled it out and he said his manager would call me later that day. the next day the same kid calls and says that they looked at the footage and it was already there before which was hilarious given i drove directly there from the service center and dealership. i asked for the 'proof' footage and he said he didnt have it and it could be shared. wish I owned a car wash-it would be a great business. i was nice to the kid since i knew it wasnt his fault. he just kept reading a script that they had given him that the marking 'wasn't consistent with car wash damage'. look i've been wrong about a lot of things but this one is wild to me. only thing i would do differently is bother to get on the phone and provide service to my clients rather forcing young employees to apologize over and over on the phone who have nothing to do with it. i didnt expect anything more though. I asked the young man to refund me the month and he said he could not but customer service could. I told them customer service said the opposite. He said he would try and call back. He calls back and said he would refund it. Nothing was refunded. Just wish the owner would have reached out and made things right or at least offered to show me the video footage that they say proved it was already damaged. stay away from automatic car washes if you care about your car. if it already has scratches and dents, all good.

Employees were very helpful and kind to my very confused grandma who was trying to go through the wash. She’s a bit old and senile so I really appreciate one of the employees, Andrew, being very patient and professional.
