Quick Quack Car Wash

I love this location, not only is the manager super awesome and helpful, but I love seeing all the smiling faces from each and every person who works there, but their hard work and dedication to making sure our cars are clean and making sure we are safe in going through the wash. I see the hustle in each person as they're running around the lot trying to make sure we are all set and have the best experience. I know I get the best experience, even when their crazy busy, they bust their behinds to make sure we are happy and safe and enjoy our wash experience, so thank you Quick Quack team at American Fork!! You all are Amazing!!

My car didn’t get clean. It went from dirty to less dirty. The vacuums weren’t working which you don’t find out until it’s too late to turn back so you don’t get your money’s worth. Also, you know they pay people to write reviews or give them a discount when dozens of reviews say the exact same thing. For example: multiple reviews within the same time frame all mentioning “Joseph” by name. (Or one person makes multiple accounts to leave a bunch of 5-star reviews.)

Addie was super awesome to work with at this location! She was attentive to detail and was so sweet. She made sure I had all the things I needed and didn’t forget the dash wipe! She definitely made the experience at this quick quack one that will keep me coming here.

I paid $21 for a single wash that included tire shine. During the wash, somebody didn't have their car in neutral and the wash to be shut off right as I was drying my car. So, instead of going back through I hand dried the rest of my vehicle, not a big big deal. There were towels ready for that. However, when I went to vacuum my car, none of the vacuum hoses worked, one of them was totally missing the other one disconnected. The one that was connected on the passenger side was not working at all. Additionally, the rag bin was overflowing, and the trash cans were totally full. Driving out of the parking lot, I had to drive through a huge puddle of water, which basically negated getting my tires shined. I will probably avoid this location in the future.

I have a membership with quick quack for four years now and I just went to the one off of State Street in American Fork and the customer service is unreal like I went through and I went to ask for some towels and they gave me some towels which was fine great thanks but at the end of the day They immediately shut off the vacuums and their reply was were closed and when we’re closed were closed I’m like no you do not treat your customers like that. That was so disrespectful then there’s so many different ways that you can say that we’re closing and I’m sorry that we have to close at a certain time that’s understandable but the way that was handled was not. I will be taking all 10 of my cars out of this company.
