This is a great experience, highly recommend checking it out. Originally I purchased a membership from Monique (great customer service) ,but last night I came over to wash my car and was assisted by Daniela (she had an awesome attitude and was very friendly!!). This wash has been my favorite and its convertible friendly 😁.

I love Quick Quack washes for convenience... fast 3 min wash and can vacuum for free. I can also use different QuickQuack locations as well. I do miss a while back when the highest ceramic wash membership was $29.99 but is now $38. Vacuums vary in suction. Sometimes great, sometimes weak. My biggest issue EVERY TIME is that the vertical spinners that move to clean your car in front and side will bend the side of my license forward and will break my clear plate cover in the process. It also turns my tucked in driver side mirror out and the second set of vertical spinners will turn the driver side mirror forward. This repeatedly happening on my driver side has broken the motor that folds my side mirror in and out. THIS PROBLEM CAN BE RESOLVED IF THEY HAVE THE SPINNERS TURN THE OTHER DIRECTION!! They choose not to correct it! If it turned hitting the car from center out to side and front of back instead of current opposite it would not damage my or another car. I saw another driver come out and correct their mirror... everyone should comment on issue so they'll finally fix it. I've reached out in person and email and they say they'll let their manager know. FIX THE SPINNER DIRECTION. Video/pics to be added soon.

Jamie was incredibly helpful! I’ve been coming to this car wash since it first opened, and the customer service and staff have always been excellent. I have three vehicles registered here, and I’m consistently satisfied with the service.

The Staff is great very polite and professional. The only small issues I've had it they no longer give out the quick little dash wipe, a handful of the vacuums are missing the nozzles and they have poor pressure that doesn't suck up compared to other Quick Quack locations I've been to. Hopefully these minimal issues will be handled especially paying for the Unlimited Ceramic Duck membership with price increases.
