Great car wash! I am satisfied every time i pass thru quick quack. Workers are so friendly and nice! They for sure take care of you! Austin is always asking me how the wash was and making sure I’m satisfied. Well worth the 22 bucks a month.

I went to quick quack in Spanish fork located at 746 S Spanish fork parkway. They wouldn’t let me go through, due to my car being “too muddy”. I’ve had a membership with quick quack for years, and this is not even close to the dirtiest it has ever been. Yet, they told me I couldn’t go through. The manager RUDELY said that I couldn’t go through and then told me to go home and wash it off with a hose (so then what’s the point of a membership?). When I said I didn’t have that option, he then told me to cancel my membership. Which I almost did, but went to another quick quack, also in Spanish fork, where they scanned me in and washed my car with no issues! Didn’t even try to stop me or anything! I want to make a complaint against that particular manager for being SOOOOO rude and not even having a conversation about it. He made me feel like I actually WANTED to cancel my membership. I will never go back to that location (unless I hear that he doesn’t work there anymore). I will choose other locations. But that guys was rude. He was young, with curly black/brown hair. And RUDE. Oh! And then when I called in to complain, they had someone send me an email where he tried to gaslight me into thinking it never even happened. When I told him that wouldn’t work with me, he denied it, and then never followed up about anything at all. Crappy all around!

I would give a five star . But today is only a 4 star. Today as I was coming through the QQ car wash. I saw a sign that read . Opened Sunday. It makes me want to cancel my membership. (Still thinking about that?) Come on Quick Quack. Let's get this figured out . Or I will definitely cancel my membership there. I only support business that are closed on Sunday.

What amazing, friendly and charming folks. The facilities are clean and functioning well. And Kylie and Jesus was great at connecting with us while just doing the trash, and everyone was super kind. Great group of folks!
