Quick Quack Car Wash

. I came to Quick Quack for a single wash after some snow, hoping to clean my car and also consider getting a membership. I wanted to try it out first before committing, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. After spending $22.99, I received what was probably the worst car wash of my life. The issues started right away. While pulling into the bay, the attendant seemed inexperienced and wasn’t great at guiding me onto the track. My car’s skid plate, as he called it, wouldn’t clear the track because it was “too low.” My car is at regular height and not modified or lowered in any way, so this was frustrating. He made me back up and try again with more momentum, but it still didn’t work. Finally, he had to call his “boss” to make some adjustments to the track entrance area so I could pull in. Thankfully, I didn’t notice any damage, but the whole process was stressful and unnecessary. The wash itself was no better. After paying $22.99, my car still had dirt and spots that were untouched. Honestly, I’ve had better results at unattended gas station car washes for far less money. I would’ve been happier just using my garden hose to rinse it off. This experience made my decision clear—Quick Quack is not for me. If this was meant to impress a potential member, it certainly failed. . .

DON’T GO HERE. My car repair bill is over 5K because of damage done by this Quick Quack location. They are saying it was previous damage but my 2023 had one rock chip prior to using this car wash, not 5k in “rock chip repairs”. The damage happened almost immediately after an employee hand sprayed my vehicle with a solution that chewed through the paint. The store leader, Colin knew this could happen but refused to take responsibility. I am in the process of suing him and Quick Quack.

Efficient car wash. I love the membership and how easy it is to find a location to keep my car clean. Free vacuums to use, and microfiber wipes for using both inside and outside. They also have dash wipes for keeping the steering wheel and dash area tidy. My kiddos miss when they used to draw fun faces on the windows, but I understand those aren’t what everyone wants. Start is always friendly and helpful.

Ive been coming to this location for months now and my car has never been cleaner. It makes my day every single time I come through. I find myself coming when im down in life and the amazing staff such as Robert and Ash have been making my life complete. They make me feel wanted as a human, I have had some phenomenal conversations with these two amazing human beings. They are what it means to be a good person. Also shoutout to Ricky, Jo, and James, who I have seen in my visit today. I feel comfortable taking my car through this wash as it rarely misses a spot. My car gets so clean I can see my own reflection in the paint. I will forever keep coming here, purely because the staff are the best people in the world. My photos wouldn't upload but trust me, not even the dealership could do this good.

Quick Quack is amazing wouldn't wanna go to any other car wash honestly, especially the South Jordan, District one. The workers are always enthusiastic and nice and especially Ricky helped me out a ton and was so friendly. Will always be going quick quack and especially this one right here.
