Quick Quack Car Wash

My car was dirty and I am passing through town on my way to Washington. and I wanted to clean up the car. I found this location on Google maps and decided to come. I went through doing the middle level wash and when I got done I pulled up to the free vacuums and damp towels area which is covered and I love it and I noticed that the car wasn't clean. so I wiped the car down trying to get most of the dirt off and clean the glass. I used the vacuums which were great they have one nozzle of each type, a wide one and a narrow one. The damp towels are conveniently located that you can use free to wipe down the car This is an awesome bonus. There's also a dirty towels basket to toss them in when you're done. Where I'm from they charge you $3 and you can exchange them at any time. One of the best things was a young man who was checking me in, I don't know his name, but this is at approximately 10:00 to 10:15am on a Wednesday morning. I went back through expecting to pay for another wash I told him yeah this time I want to get a ceramic wash. I got all the dirt off and he says oh but we have 100% guarantee that your car will be clean. I'll put you through for free and I was shocked That's awesome he was a great employee was very nice friendly and quick at his job.

Today was my second time visiting Quick Quack and the second time disappointed. Both times, my car is not completely clean. There is dried soap and dirty area. This car wash is expensive and overpriced. I pay $10 more here than where I usually take my cars. I thought I would give Quick Quack a second chance since I was in the area. I went straight to a self wash to finish cleaning my car. I have learned my lesson and will NEVER use Quick Quack again.

If I lived in SLC I would get the membership, but since I'm not, just got the $22 wash option. Drove the car up to Brighton and wanted to wash all the snow and salt off the car and got the job done and the vacuum was clutch, but you have to find one that works

This place used to be pretty nice, but now you're lucky to get any cloth wipes in the vacuum area because they're almost always gone. The biggest red flag for this company as a whole is that you have to call their customer service just to cancel your membership.. I called to cancel, and they asked if I wanted to instead get 2 months free so I said yes to that. Then today I tried to get my car washed and apparently I don't have an active membership. Any company that forces you to call to cancel a subscription should be ashamed of themselves.

I use their services quite often because I have a transportation company and it is convenient to be able to clean my vehicles before meeting a client. However, as you can see in the pictures, I now have to worry about going in and coming out with damage on my vehicle and Quick Quack not taking responsibility for it. The pictures before entering the wash is what Quick Quack is saying the reason for why they cannot take responsibility for my tailight being broken off during the wash process. I spoke with Paul Savage and he stated since there is a small gap they cannot take responsibility for the tailight falling off during the wash. I can no longer wash my vehicle here and not worry about my vehicle coming out damaged and them turning over the financial responsibility over to me. I used to like these guys a lot but now it's clear that I'm not safe washing my vehicles with them
