Quick Quack Car Wash

Pros: The only thing they have going for them is that they are quick, hence the name. Cons: Cheapest wash is $13, you are rushed through so fast that your car doesn't dry off, which means you need another wash. Also, it's obvious people don't know this otherwise they wouldn't build car washes like this, but when you have 2 tires being held stationary, while the other 2 are moving, and in neutral, ruins the timing of your engine and transmission. 1st and last time I will go there. I'd rather have a filthy car.

Employees are really nice and professional and the amenities are nice. Unfortunately, last time I went I got to the end of the car wash my car started rocking back and forth and the track wouldn’t roll my car forward and out at as usual. I had to shift my car into drive to try and propel my car forward. When I looked behind me it looked like the car behind me was centimeters away from hitting me. Super scary experience. Probably will not be returning.

We got a new car and needed to add it to our account. The process was obnoxious because we had a personalized plate coming. We had to jump through hoops every time we pulled up. Finally, got the new plate and thought we were good to go. Then everytime we showed up with the new car they said it was inactive even though they most definitely charged my account $70 (for 3 cars) a couple days before. They could see we were charged but said we had to call customer service to figure it out. I insisted they needed to figure it out because I'm not going to sit on customer service to solve whatever internal problem they have going on. They said okay. I go back again and it still hadn't been resolved. I told them if they can't fix it, I'll just cancel. They quickly cancel and don't let us through because they said it's already cancelled. I call customer service to confirm all three cars are cancelled and he tells us we can still use it until the end of the billing cycle even though they already denied us going through. Since they wouldn't let us through, I ask for a refund which they also refused. So basically, they took my $70 for the month, denied service twice, and refused to refund me--all because of an unknown error on their system. It's not the fault of the poor young teenagers operating the car wash, but super obnoxious that the company completely lacks customer service on site, and is willing to take my money and refuse service. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Very clean location always quick and easy. We have an unlimited plan that I will keep till my dieing day and with inflation so.e day it will be like you are paying me to wash my car Hizah!!

• Wash quality is pretty good, just wish Quick Quack had mat washing machines like some other car wash businesses • We enjoy the network membership of unlimited washes. • Vacuums are occasionally broken but they improved this, and are better now about having towels in stock
