I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car wash in Yucaipa. The friendly employees provided excellent service, and the facility was impressively clean. I also appreciated the availability of drying towels, making it easy to give my car a final touch. My kids watching loved the lights and soaps in the car wash and ask to go every week! Overall, a fantastic spot for a thorough wash!

TLDR - skip to summary at bottom if you hate reading. Context: I’ve only written a handful of negative reviews in my whole life, and I don’t write this to bash this company, but hopefully there will be some valuable info for ownership. I’ll just state my one experience here as factually as possible. I work down the street and a few coworkers have memberships here so I was hoping to start a membership after seeing how well the wash performed. More context: I was told (and believe it) that they had 300 cars in the last few hours go through the wash which was causing at least two of my issues. Yucaipa just had a bunch of ash rain from the fires so that makes sense. Cons: 1. I got Lucky Duck mid level wash, while going through the first waterfall of colorful soaps the entire left side of the waterfall wasn’t working. In general I felt like there wasn’t enough soup in each of the following waterfalls. 2. Each roller and brush was fairly aggressive when compared to other washes I’ve been through (both in material and pressure against car), all drive-thru’s with rollers scratch the top coat a bit, but these will definitely do a number on your clear coat if you go here often. 3. After exiting wash I couldn’t find a towel at any of the vacuum stations (see pic). I finally found one. I believe this to be due to their unusually high traffic. Possibly understaffed/undersupplied as well? 4. Once wiping down my car I noticed a few significant “misses” along the left side of the car near mirror where the brushes didn’t reach. Just dirt left over. 5. Most significantly, while wiping the wheels I noticed a strange goo. It looks like some sort of machine grease and it was on both wheels on left side where the track is (see pics). It was oozed out significantly over wheels and will likely require a deep soap wash myself to fully remove. *A helpful employee (manager maybe) told me this may have been due to the wheel shine from 300 cars running through - he was very nice and looking for an explanation while quite literally running around to deal with other things. Great guy, deserves a bonus for how much he cared. 6. Next I went to vacuum and the one on my right side had a cracked hose (see pic). I went to use the left one with straight attachment and it had zero suction. This you may think was due to the high volume, but even though a ton of cars were going through the wash barely any were vacuuming. 7. This wasn’t an issue, just more of a gripe: $23 (mid-level wash) isn’t super expensive but it’s double what you pay at RJ’s in Redlands and other similar drive-thrus. Granted, I haven’t compared it to other Yucaipa washes but still doesn’t feel like a good value proposition… especially when you consider the quality of the wash (excluding grease deposit issue). Pros!! Yes, I have em ;-) 1. It’s conveniently located! 2. The employee I spoke with (manager?) was extremely kind and obviously cared about my experience. He offered to have me run through the wash again without the tire shine on for free, but by that time there was a longer line and I didn’t take him up on it. In hindsight I’m glad I didn’t because I’m not convinced the machinery goo was from a tire shine cleaner. Again, it was the consistency of grease you put in wheel bearings and is impossible to wash off. 3. Their monthly plan does seem like a decent deal… clear coat may be more scratched in the long term tho. I may be OCD, but I consider things like this. Summary. Yep, you made it! While I think they offer a decent wash, it quite literally pales 🪣💦 in comparison to Suds Bros and RJs in Redlands which are always packed too and offer memberships as well. RJs offers an $8 wash which is the best I’ve ever had and is much softer on the paint! Highly recommend them. RJs also has better soap, better roller scrubbers that are easier on the paint. Also they have guys that hand dry afterwards! They add value on top of value and is hard to compete with. I’ve never had any of these issues at either one of these washes. I hope Quick Quack can improve!

Took my Jeep through the wash mid day on a Friday. Upon coming out I immediately noticed a collection of scratches going up my hood about 6 inches wide and going from the base of my hood to about 3/4 of the way up. I filed an incident report and the manager Mike said he would get back to me the following Tuesday of the next week. On Tuesday I was not contacted and Wednesday I reached out and got no response. The same happened Thursday. On Friday I drove in person and after waiting over 30 mins Mike had to find my incident form and said he was still investigating. An hour later he called me to say that the footage showed the damage sustained to my hood was "side to side" and when I requested to have the footage sent to me for insurance he sent me multiple emails that had no attachments and private links. I had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket to have my hood buffed out and refinished. Stick to the touch-less washes if you care about your paint job.

This is the best car wash around! Always clean and employees are great! They prices are wonderful too! Great one stop shop to come out squeaky clean!
