The lady then started yelling at me saying there is nothing she could do about it since it’s in the middle of the machine proses. Then I asked if she could stop to get it for me. She yelled at me again saying “No! There’s the managers number text it!” “You have to wait till there is no more cars in line” and all these other things giving me attitude mind you it’s a drive in car wash there is non stop. I went back to dry my car went back and she then got it while there was a long line give it to the guy that was there to give it to me. And said nothing at all. Worst experience ever!
