I’ve been member here for almost year and I love it. But I’m cancelling my membership right now. The way the lady with short hair and tattoos was so rude and disrespectful when I ask for an extra towel. I understand your policy but what I’m talking here is about the attitude. I’m not paying to be treated like that.

I disagree that someone parks their car in a space for disabled people and I think it is the car of one employees. I have already looked at it before and I say this because I am a person with a disabled permit and I could NOT park. I why was this car parked and without any permission from a special person? please, if you can take action on this, I would greatly appreciate it because, like me, there are many more people who have to go through this situation, I am attached pictures of this car

Someone needs to direct traffic because it's really easy for there to be small "traffic jams" trying to get into the actual car wash and at the vacuum stations. The vacuum I used was just the hose, it was missing the nozzle attachment and there weren't any towels available.

I've been going to this place for a couple of months, and I had no problems. My funds have been rough for this month, and I had to cancel my membership. My renewal date was 11/22, according to my bank account. Today is December 20th, and I thought I still have until 12/22 for the whole month. Went to the membership side and was denied saying my membership was discontinued. Went to the left side to speak with the worker and been told that my membership was discontinued, which I knew already and only been told if I wanted to renew. I tried to explain to the worker that my date shouldn't expire until a month after my beginning date. The worker denied it with a tone and said the membership ends when you cancel it. Please be careful because you have lost all the days still owed to you if you decide to cancel. Will not come back because of this policy of not getting the full month you pay for.
