There's a metal n-shaped bar right next to the track inside the car wash that scratched my driver side mirror cover. Either remove it or tell people to put their mirrors in, because this is unacceptable. You're on a track with no warning and the expectation that the path is clear. Well, for us lowriders, that is clearly not the case. Shame, because the attendants and dryers were very nice -- but this needs to be addressed before others run into this same issue.

I had lots of pollen and tree sap on my car. I went through once with the mid-grade wash, and the workers at the end of the car wash were not satisfied with my wash. They had me go through again and gave me a free deluxe wash. I could tell they really care and take pride in their work.
