My daughter washes her car here all the time and besides once in a while, not having the vacuuming done properly. They usually do a great job!

I’ve lived in the area for over 35 years. I’ve been coming to this car wash for a long time. Definitely disappointed. I won’t be returning. It’s just not the same. Very little pride in their work and apparently they’re very selective as to whose car they do first. They’ll leave yours out drying in the sun while they detail another one that just came out of the wash. Makes absolutely no sense. I’d rather detail my own. That way, I know it gets done right. Sad I can’t trust them anymore.

What a diamond in the rough this place is as it is one of the last known full service car washes in socal. Came here out of the blue and noticed it was very busy for a car wash and now I know why..I was greeted pleasantly and really felt like me and my vehicle were both very well taken care of. Got my car back surprisingly quick and looking immaculate inside and out. Checking out was a breeze thanks to the cashier Sheila who was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully before sending me home a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely regret bringing my car here. Basically just paid $65.00 for an air freshener to enjoy while I go home and re-wash my car. Not sure if its because I picked the wrong wash to get. Or if they had new guys try cleaning it or what. But definitely won't be coming back. Totally understand now why they only have 3 stars✨ TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! Little side note talked to the owner of this establishment today (the day after my horrible experience), absolutely amazed how he's still in business. 0 integrity, 0 respect for the customer. Couldn't offer any resolutions or suggestions to possibly help the situation. Wasn't told i got the wrong wash for my expectations. Wasn't offered to have all the EXCESS wax and other products wiped off my car. Wasn't told that if I paid to upgrade the wash I would have my expectations meet. But rather was told to enjoy my $65.00 air freshener.
