11/09/24 The wife and I took the Benz for a bath, we go in and out within 35-45mins tops and that wasn’t a painful wait. After our wiper waved us over after the wash we went on with our Saturday shopping 🤑🛍️🛒

Cashiers and cleaners are 5 stars. The guys who welcome you and price your service must have a background in auto sales. Can’t get a straight answer and only want to find ways to raise the rate. I’ll drive another 10-20 minutes for an honest experience.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I came to this car wash for the first time and it was horrible! They were done in like 10min and now I know why! My car looked like they barely touched the inside! It's like they passed a rag once on the dashboard to make it shinny. However, the car is still dusty and dirty! They didn't clean anything inside! The cup holder area wasn't even touched! This car wash was $40 and honestly a waste of my money, the outside was the only thing cleaned. Worst experience ever!!!

Stepping into Red Carpet Car Wash for the first time was a pleasant surprise! No crowd hassles on my visit, thanks to the post-rainy day. The staff's warm welcome set the tone. The facility is more extensive than I expected, boasting a convenient store-style area stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. As I strolled down the lengthy hallway, I watched my car tackle the cleansing gauntlet of brushes and pressure washers through the transparent glass wall. Oh, and a quick shout-out to their immaculate restroom – top-notch cleanliness! Exiting the hallway to the outdoor waiting area, ample seating and a tranquil Koi pond awaited, turning the wait into a serene experience. The whole process was straightforward and enjoyable, ensuring my return for regular visits. Thumbs up to Red Carpet Car Wash for a stellar car-cleaning experience!

I must say after reading all these good reviews I decided to give these guys a try!! As a business owner I hate leaving another business a bad review but I must say I was very disappointed how everything was done today!! I dropped a clients car to get detailed and the service writer kept giving me the run around until he came to the conclusion to charge me $175.00 for wash and wax with clean the carpet and the seats and I was completely okay with that price. So I left the car for half of the day and once they called that it was ready I sent my guy to pick up the car, once the car arrived back it was very disappointing!! I lost the day and money to get the car back with wax dust in the door jambs. The trunk was never opened and the tree leaves were still in the jambs the detail guy spray bottle was still in the back seat spilled inside. And when I call they tell me your employee should’ve gone over the car!! It’s. Not my employees job to go over the car but the car wash people need to have better management and clean the vehicles right specially after charging $175.00
