I recently visited and had an excellent experience, thanks to Jose. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made sure my car got the attention it needed. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless, and his customer service was top-notch. It’s not every day you find someone who takes pride in their work the way Jose does. My car looks fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This place has always been my go to. I won't be coming back. I don't mind paying $60 for a good car wash. However, customer service is important. My car sat for 40 mins, I watched the two gentlemen in charge of the hand wash area as they walk back and forth. Grabbing gloves, taking them off, talking to their coworkers. I totally understand needing a break and grabbing a drink. This was not that. They ignored my car pretending not to see it. I finally went to ask the clerk what was going on. The manager had to walk out and instruct one of the two guys to return back to his area and start my car. I paid for a hand wash. He used a brush! It appears that their entire staff is different, the quality of work has suffered. To top it all off they scratched the crap out of the inside of my windshield. Very disappointed.

I went couple days ago and Pedro took care of my car ..he did an amazing job.. totally satisfied with his work...looks like he is been doing this for a while...keep up the great work Pedro .

Honestly trust my review The price is out of this world I paid more than $50 dollars for the premium membership….im surprised they still have clients! The service is so bad, whoever the owner is I’m so sorry for the employees you have taking care of your business (money) i really hope you find a good set of all new employees They don’t vacuum they pretend they do (I’m exaggerating but that’s what the result looks like) No air freshener They’ll scratch the insides of your headboard and interior….. JUST A BIG NO 👎🏻

I can't believe they don't give cash back. I felt so bad not tipping the car wash guy. 😢 You would think they would know people don't carry cash and want to take care of their employees who work so hard on these cars.
