Great car wash place if you like a good hand wash. Super friendly staff, you can tell they took their time and their work speaks for itself . I will definitely be bringing my cars here from now on.

came for the first time . this place is a joke 3 woman one old guy cant even walk straight. vacuum sucks. cleaninh mirrors sucks nast towels. forgot my air freshner had to go back. and had to to spend anothe 30 mins to clean my car myself. you guys suck. sorry but that the truth.

Never go to RIALTO CAR WASH for a full detail!!!! I went last Saturday. I told the lady I wanted to get my car cleaned all the way inside. She said ohh thats a FULL DETAIL. I said whats that include. She said we'll make your car look brand new. She said trust me your car will LOOK 👀 brand new. So i said ok. .My car was there for over 5 hours. I showed up at 5pm. It was already getting dark. The outside looked like they rushed. Streak marks on the windows. Dirty cloths still on my car . The inside is where its worse.. The seats were still dirty. The center console area looked like it never got cleaned. The lady cleaned up some of the dirty areas when I pointed them out.THEY LACK EQUIPMENT TO FULLY CLEAN THE CAR! DIRT MARKS ALL OVER. THEY MISSED LOTS OF SPOTS . I WAS PRETTY UPSET.THE LADY SAID TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME.SO I WENT TODAY. I POINTED ALL THE SPOTS OUT THEY MISSED.. THISSSSS LADY. UGGHHH.. SHE SAYS . I DIDN'T THINK YOU WOULD LOOK SO CLOSE TO THOSE AREAS.. THE FULL DETAIL COST 180 BUCKS. I asked the lady if the have those little brushes to get the hard to get areas she said NO. JUST KNOW OF THEY CAN'T CLEAN IT THE FIRST TIME THEY WON'T TRY AND CLEAN IT UNTIL YOU ASK.

They crashed my IS250 Lexus and it was never the same again! Some young worker who didn’t even look old enough to drive crashed my car as he moved it. I was nice enough to let them fix it (shame on me) but they took months to fix it and didn’t even bother to keep me updated on the progress of my car. I had to call and beg to get my car back. If this ever happens to you, just issue an insurance claim against the business. All business are legally required to have insurance and a business license. Take lots of pictures, and document everything. Take down their insurance information and business license number. If there are witnesses, get their information too.
