After having a 2004 Pontiac for 10 years , I finally purchased a 2019 hyundai. I've had it barely 2 months. I had a free car wash flyer , so I decided to go. As soon as my car exited the car wash I noticed two large areas of paint missing. I was referred to the manager who told me that I can't prove it was thier fault, and that it's impossible for that to happen in the car wash. Impossible ? I guess thier car wash works at 100% .The areas are very large and i would have noticed, we all know the condition of our cars. The free service ended me with a couple hundred dollars worth of repairs. The free service was valued at $38. I would have been very annoyed if I paid out of pocket , bc they spent about 5 minutes on my car. I have never written anything like this Before , and I'm hoping it gets the attention of someone that can do something about this.

Waste of time & money. Went yesterday, got home & realized car was extremely dirty. Would have went back but they close at 4. There was actually still dirt & leaves on the car, look at the pictures. The front of the car didn't even look washed at all. I don't care about them drying it i just wanted a clean car but if that's what you're into they don't really do that either.

Never before had an issue, but today my truck has soap streaks and much missed dirt. Water in the door jams. Water splatters down the exterior. Unfortunately today was a very bad experience.

This place is really falling down five years ago was nice the last two years every time I go the car is still dirty hairline scratches they don’t clean their equipment, they are rushing cars through..I’m over it.. i’m gonna get a high-end detail done and the wash it by hand from now on
