I used to like this car wash but they never shine my tires even though when I pay, the guy puts the tag on my dash telling them the tire shine was paid for. Will NOT provide full service paid for. This is the third or fourth time this has happened and it seems to be my experience that they are very kind and pleasant towards latino customers but very short and rude with white customers. Gonna find a car wash where they don't treat customers based on immutable characteristics and aren't so bigoted

This place is awesome !!! I have the monthly gold service and I come once a week. The staff is ever so friendly and thorough. Shout out to Justin, he always greets you with a smile and is very personable. My whole family comes to this car wash because it’s that good. The new upgrades were well deserved!!! Keep up the good work !!!

Justin, the attendant up front is always smiling and welcoming to all his customers. He takes his time to answer any question even if a particular customer is rude. As someone who works in a facility where great customer service is essential for the success of a business, he is a wonderful representation-the face of the car wash. He truly makes customers feel confident of a great experience no matter when they come.

The employee Justin, went above and beyond to help me. I had awful grease like dirt on my rims and he went out of his way to make sure I left happy. I really like coming to this car wash. Prices are great, your car comes out nice and clean and the employees are on point!
