This is definitely one of those under appreciated holes in the wall. The birds must’ve been mad at me recently because they BOMBED THE EFF outta my baby. The gentleman that helped sprayed and scrubbed without me even asking. MUCH APPRECIATED bc I always feel so bad asking lol but good job guys

Skip this case wash. The employees employees are rude and smoke/swear amongst themselves while operating the car wash. The car wash itself is filthy. Half the nozzles don't spray anymore and the brushes we're very dirty, and only a few of them operated (moved) as they were supposed to. I'd have gotten a better rinse job by parking next to a lawn sprinkler. Left the car wash with lots of soap bubbles still on the car. Not what I expect for a top tier wash ($15).

Got a car wash, I saw that they do spot dry with the basic. So I asked where would the spot fry spot is. He said at the end if the tunnel but no one was there. The wash scratch my car and I had to spot dry it at the end myself. Dont spend your money here.

Absolutely terrible customer service from two supposed managers, one called Amber and the other Jessica. Besides being rude and extremely unpleasant to interact with, these individuals will make it a point to offer the absolute worst customer service possible. They become argumentative and verbally aggressive if you mention that the services they provided were horrible. Amber closed off the car wash even after we paid for it. It was supposed to close at 2:00, we were there at 1:50 and she had the gate down and refused to let us wash our car. She ignored our presence when we were waiting for the car wash and then said we were too late that it was closed and that we'd have to come back another day. On another occasion we've had very unpleasant encounters with a girl called Jessica who also claims to be the manager. AVOID this place unless you want to be aggravated by these two individuals who have no clue what customer service is.

The website says that South 4th Street is temporarily closed but every time I go past it's open then there's cars in the car wash
