Suddenly this older Hispanic man came running in YELLING at me doing the 'roll down window' motion. So I rolled it down and he continues yelling at me in Spanish, which I don't speak. I ask him in English what's going on and he tells me in broken Spanglish that I drove it too fast and need to drive slow. I told him I was driving slow but he kept yelling that I need to follow the lights and stop on red. I tried telling him there were no other lights but he wasn't listening. I ended up having to reverse out and pull in again with him angrily waving at me. The lights were now working but half way thru wash it stopped again. Didn't tell me when to stop pulling forward for rinse or dry. Or when to exit. I sat there AGAIN waiting for a light or for my car to dry. But NOTHING. My car came out wet and DIRTY. I honestly could have just used my hose at home and would have got a better result. I wanted to go back to ask for this to be fixed but with my baby sleeping still it would have been a bigger hassle. Im beyond frustrated, disappointed, and stressed having gone here. And this was supposed to be an easy in and out. Now my cars left not much better than when it went in. FRUSTRATING!"
