San Bernardino Car Wash

Good place for a car wash with decent prices... but you do need to mention not to use too much tire dressing. Otherwise, it flings all over the car afterward it's happened to me twice.

for 37.99 (they gave a 2 dollar discount) you’d think they would clean the interior good. didn’t even touch my seats. didn’t clean the door handle area. still had spots on my window. this was right after getting it cleaned. it’s not the first time this happens but i wanted to just assume it was just one bad experience. but it’s been more than one occasion. will definitely not be coming back for interior cleaning. also didn’t do trunk which i assumed they would. left my side mirrors still dirty. over all. i couldn’t recommend anything other than the basic 15 dollar wash . cause at least then u get some of what u paid for

I Love this place they always do such a great job!! I literally spilled my coffee and makeup in my front seat and I did the deep cleaning....he did miracles!! I tipped him soo well...I used to get my deep cleaning in redlands but this is waaay better

Been coming here since I moved here in 2012. It's the best car wash here I think. The guys are all friendly. There's newer owners and the store has a lot of snacks, drinks, air fresheners misc items. The car washes are great and the attention to details are great. Never had a bad wash ever. They offer detailing for $199. but I've never had one. It's very clean here with ample outdoor covered seating. It's best to come early because it's constantly packed. Sunday is typically the truck wash day when I do get the trucks done and don't feel like doing them myself. But it's always always packed house. Highly recommend.

I paid for a full service wash and was very dissatisfied with how they left the interior of my car. I pulled in before work and pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on and took the time to remove any obstructions so that they could do so . When the young man handed me my key , I asked him to go over areas I noticed he missed . When I got home I noticed that they didn’t even clean the areas that I asked and called the store hoping that I can return at another day and was told that I would have to come back the same day or there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service . You can’t ask a customer to accommodate to your schedule if you didn’t provide the service they paid for in the first place .
