This is definitely the worst place to get your car washed. The few times I've went here my car has spots afterwards(apparently they are using hard water for their "spot free" rinse). Yesterday their brush wash broke off my rear wiper and nearly broke the rear window. This is from their machine not being calibrated correctly. That will cost me almost $200. I'm done with Sanatoga. I guess I finally learned my lesson. Don't bother trying to call, their phone is out of service. I recommend going anywhere else.

The touchless car wash was very ineffective. As you can see from the photos it did not clean the truck even in the most basic way. It was only $10 but still not worth it due to it's in ability to clean off the simplest of road grime.

I must say, I am grateful I can go and get my car washed, when I can't do it myself. For everyone, that complains about this car wash, then take accountability and wash your car yourself. I have never had a bad experience. Five stars. Danielle-So-Cali

I would like to give it zero stars. I've used this wash in the past and was always frustrated because my car would be covered in white spots after it dried so I try to avoid it altogether. However, after the recent storms I needed to wash off the tree debris and decided it was better than nothing. WRONG!! Paid $10 for the soft cloth wash...brushes never came on. I got soap and rinse, kinda. That's it. Looked worse than when I went in. THEN I went to get gas and when I opened the door to my gas cap all this soap came rolling out down the side of my car. Ended up at another car wash. Never again.

I go out of convenience but advise to avoid. They seem to be updating the service and prices. Yesterday was a fail for soft cloth. I was wondering why ppl were in line for no touch. 1 reason is soft cloth is more money, 2. Soft cloth doesn’t work! Put soap all over the car then prompted to move forward, all done! Had to pay twice bc o couldn’t leave with the soap all over, asked for a refund via website, got a code for a free wash. Hope it works.
