Very disappointed with not only how my family was treated, but with the job itself. I paid for a carwash and interior detailing and when we picked up the car, they hadn't cleaned the front bumper at all. It's as if they didn't even touch it. We asked for clay wax, but they didnt do that and even said we never requested that even though that was the first thing I asked for when I called in earlier and spoke with Juan. When my father went to speak with Juan about the job and the clay wax we asked for, he said he "talks to so many people on the phone a day" and doesn't remember, and frankly he didn't care either. We brought up the wax streaks that they left and didn't buff out, the water spots they sprayed and left on the windows and side mirrors, and their response was that it was because they moved my car under a tree and stuff might have fallen on the car. That doesn't make any sense and it was a poor excuse for a simple followup with a towel. We've been going here for years, but after this poor and unprofessional experience, we might have to find a new car wash place for our vehicles now. Sorry, but you've lost our patronage and our 5 cars that we used to bring you regularly.

In and out, prices more than reasonable and they take good care of your car. Pull up to the entrance on the right side and someone will greet you with what package you want.

Car wash and Instore Employees were the Rudest I ever come across. Guy namely Sahan , Has got his wires Crossed, Does not know the difference between A Paying customer and the role of an Employee. After paying almost $ 35 for a Carwash the treatment I got was absolutely Deplorable . Never again will I ever step into this location. If you want to ruin your Day, The best Place is the "Santiago Auto Spa./Car Wash."

First experience was good; that is why I returned. Second time going to this car wash Was not so good. I paid extra for interior detailing, and it was very disappointed the level of quality of the detailing. I had to tell the cleaning tech to re-do severa areas. It was evident he cleaning tech was not thorough enough and only provided excuses.
