Saratoga Springs Auto Spa Introduce

Looking for a "Car Wash Near Me" in Saratoga Springs, UT? Saratoga Springs Auto Spa is located at 28 N Hillcrest Rd Drive, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045, USA. Based on customer reviews, this location offers both self-service and automated car wash options.

Customer reviews for Saratoga Springs Auto Spa reveal significant concerns about equipment maintenance and the quality of the wash. One customer, who appreciates the "decent" price and "time" allowed for cleaning, noted several equipment issues, including "engine wash and bug wash" being out of order, a "hole in the spray hose," and a "leaking" foam brush. They expressed concern that "management has let this wash fall into disrepair," which is "sad since it's one of the few places I can take my time and do a deep clean on my SUV."

Another customer, with 12 years of car detailing experience, reported inconsistencies with the automated wash. They found that "The far right auto wash works best," but experienced issues with the self-service bay, stating, "The soap brush was broken, however the swing arm at the ceiling sprayed soap from the top across the bay; none of the soap reaches the brush." They concluded that there is a "50/50 chance your car will be clean."

A returning customer, after a two-year hiatus, reported a further decline in service, moving from a "3 star to a 1 star." They criticized the automated wash for failing to "spray soap off a car" and not running "another rinse cycle," despite paying "$15 for an automated process."

These reviews indicate that Saratoga Springs Auto Spa has significant issues with equipment maintenance and wash quality. Customers should be aware of the potential for malfunctioning equipment and inconsistent cleaning results. The automated wash, in particular, has been criticized for failing to complete the cleaning process. The self-service bays also have issues with broken equipment. The reliability of this car wash is questionable.

Potential customers should be cautious due to the reported equipment malfunctions and inconsistent wash quality. If you are looking for a reliable and well-maintained car wash, you may want to consider alternative options. If you are willing to risk equipment malfunctions for the self-service option, be aware of the potential issues. The automated wash is highly unreliable based on reviews.

The price is decent and the time lets you complete the job. Vacuums included with the wash. However, I think the engine wash and bug wash have been out for a while. One bay has a hole in the spray hose, and another bays foam brush is coming loose or something, and it's leaking. I fear management has let this wash fall into disrepair. This is sad since it's one of the few places I can take my time and do a deep clean on my SUV.

I'll start by saying I've been detailing cars for 12 years. The far right auto wash works best. Today I Spent $7 doing my own wash because my truck didn't fit in the auto wash. The soap brush was broken, however the swing arm at the ceiling sprayed soap from the top across the bay; none of the soap reaches the brush. So after 16 minutes and $7, I end up with a dirty truck. There is 50/50 chance your car will be clean. It's been 2 years, so I thought I'd try again. I've moved from a 3 star to a 1 star. How hard is it to spray soap off a car??? run another rinse cycle. I'm already paying $15 for an automated process... Finish the Process!

UPDATE: Went through again yesterday- the bay I used before is now closed (I’m guessing for repairs). The automatic wash was fantastic this time - one of the best Touchless washes I can recall getting! PREVIOUS: Went through the automatic wash twice tonight. Did the express first (car wasn’t that dirty, I just wanted to rinse off any road salt). It was still dirty after. So then I paid for the deluxe with the extra rinse, spot free, and undercarriage blast. a) there was NO undercarriage blast, and b) the front and back of my car are still covered in dirt/grime. Don’t waste your money.

I prefer to wash my car myself. Glad to still see these self washes around. Cleaner bays than most places I've been.

Seems expensive. 8.79 for a self serve spray off of my car. Spent probably half that time trying to figure out the "triple shine conditioner". When the bar swings to the left, it kinks the hose closed. And the product stops coming out, which meant I couldn't condition the front half of my car. Soap doesn't do that good of a job. My car still looks pretty dirty after all that.
