They "modernized" the facility to switch from coin / tokens to credit / debit cards. But they left no ability for loyal customers who bought larger amounts of tokens in advance (to buy them at a slightly discounted price) to use them. I understand if they want to move away from them...just don't sell any more tokens. But they should leave at least one bay to accept the tokens that their patrons purchased before the decision to switch payment methods was made. Otherwise, this smells like Theft by Deception...and your patrons (like me) will be angry former patrons who are more than eager to disclose this unethical business practice to as many people as possible.

Would rate lower if I could. Half of the bays are always broken. The ones that do “work” have terrible water pressure, and are always out of soap and wax. The place is run down and disgusting, the bays are so bad to get into you’d think you were driving up a set of stairs. They completely did away with the coin system without warning any of their customers, so I spent money on coins that are now worthless. Awful business practices and if there was a single other self service car wash within a 20 mile radius I’d rather drag myself across the pavement to go to it instead of this one.

The place is falling apart two separate times the vacuums were broken but sure as he'll takes your money. The wash bays are always broken. They want you to swip your debt card really? Tried it once and then had charges in Nevada a hour later. Trash is always overwhelming potholes in the parking lot. Take my advice stay away if you care for your car whatsoever.

This place is literally the worst self service car wash I’ve ever been to. You can tell ownership doesn’t give 2 craps about this place. Only 2 bays are in working order so there’s always a long wait, all the vacuums are damaged and the lot itself is full of loose gravel and pot holes. I wish someone would buy this place and fix it up. A lot of potential here but the owners are clearly cheap and lazy

This place is terrible it's used to be decent I believe they got new owners that came from Lakewood New Jersey if you know what I mean All the equipment doesn't work properly no soap ever they water down the soap it's just a waste of money
