Just spent two hours cleaning my very cluttered car and went through the car wash… everything was fine until I had to interact with the employees. I was vacuuming my car when an older employee made some sly comment about me having too much trash and giving me dirty looks instead of just telling me what the problem was. The young guy at the beginning of the wash tunnel was throwing up his hands in anger when I was having a hard time getting on the track…nice car wash… just miserable employees who clearly hate their job.. word of advice.. get a new one.

Do you know that fear you have sometimes when you enter a car wash and the car behind you is so close and you're thinking to yourself....what if they hit me. But then your senses kick in and you tell yourself, they got this, they do this every day. That won't happen. Well I'm hear to tell you that it can totally happen and it did today, to me. Halfway through the wash, BOOM I get hit from behind inside of the carwash . The woman was very nice and admitted that she thought it was in nutural but actually had the car in drive. The track pushed her into me once she took her foot off the break. Accidents happen but when doing some research I have learned that this happens A LOT at this car wash. In my opinion the youngins at the entrance should have caught the fact that her foot was on the break and the break lights were on. People should be told to put the car in neutral, there should be a sign telling you to put the car in neutral and there was none of that.

Came out with cracked windshield. I entered the car wash and heard something fell on my car along with soap foam. The next I see once the wash was done that I have a glass crack running from top to bottom on my windshield. Also the window visor rubber was scraped off. Spoke to manager Tim on duty who was RUDE and talk down to me. Tim had no professionalism in handling this and Infact blamed me that my car had stone chip.prior .. which was not the case. He also made some unnecessary comments about my car being old which was not required. I explained to him that I heard that a stone fell from ceiling which could be debris from their ceiling. Spoke to regional manager and he refused to take responsibility and would not reimburse in any way and rather told me to go to my insurance. Be careful and watch out what you come out with after the wash!!!

Stay away if you value your ride. Automatic wash does not come close to getting the soap off. And when you go to pay more money to manually rinse, the air hose pops off and smacks you in the face to make sure you learn your lesson.

Free plastic vac nozzle scratched the paint on the inside of my door frame. Brought this to attendant's attention; he told me its not there responsibility and is basically "user" error. Clearly this place does not take responsibility for its equipment or address customer complaints. I'd asked for a manager, but apparently none was available. If you value your vehicle AVOID this place.
