Sharp Auto Spa & Lube Center

I've come here for a while and brought multiple cars by with no complaint but this is crazy. I paid for the #2 package, which includes wheel cleaning. One guy actually cleaned, the other did nothing at all. To top it off, they scratched some tint off. Maybe it was an off day but I won't risk it anymore.

Once again, after not coming to this company for a few years due to the experience I had the last time I tried to give this business another opportunity. This young lady handed my keys over to someone else and he walked out with them. I guess she mixed up the payment. After the mix up she proceeded to have me wait behind all of the Spanish customers. She didn’t inform me to hold on or provide be with an update so I am just sitting there confused as to why she has me waiting behind all the customers after she just called me up. When I asked her and her coworker for an update after standing around for 5-7 minutes, they both had an attitude. There’s no professionalism with the cashiers. It is always the issue. The mechanics are asking me why I didn’t pick up my car yet as I wait for an update. I’m over this place.

I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and car washes, and while the prices are very reasonable and the services they offer are solid, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The oil change personnel are great—diverse, hardworking, and they get the job done well. However, the front desk staff could use some work. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves and focusing on their looks rather than expediting services or engaging with customers. Communication is also pretty minimal, which can be frustrating when you’re waiting and no one’s keeping you in the loop. Overall, if you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option, this place does the trick. But don’t expect much in terms of customer care beyond the basic services.

I have been going here for about 10 years, and happy with the service. Today I read the reviews, and saw some complaints recently. Everyone deserves to share their experience. My suggestion would be if you want extra service, pay a higher rate, they have different levels. I cannot speak highly enough about the manager, Abraham, who today gave me exceptional service and would not take extra money for it. Last but not least, I wanted to talk about the many workers there. I don’t know how much they are paid, but it’s probably not a lot. They are at the poor end of the social scale, and usually work very hard. So if you see them working hard, please remember by putting a nice tip for all of them to share in the tipping boxes. Or hand it to them personally if you feel someone went above and beyond. Times are tough for everyone, but this place will always have my business. Thank you.

We were there for the second time and once again disappointing. This time we paid for the third option of the service, which costs almost $30.00 and it was better to have paid for the most basic option or not even to have gone. Internal cleaning and vacuum simply don't exist. We had to clean ourselves for a service we paid for.
