Slowest car wash. Took 40 minutes for just a wash, not a crazy detail. And mine was the only car going through. They did a nice job but it was absolutely not worth the wait. Not a nice area to wait either, very run down.

I paid $60 for a clean and wax, but the entire front end was still dirty and not waxed. I complained but the owner or manager said I was not supposed to get that part cleaned because it was especially dirty!!! I never got the air freshener but he said if I was never coming back, there was no need to service me. I paid for freshener too!!! NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT RESPECT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

99% of cars fall under SUV. This place advertise one price but when you select a price they charge you $5 to $7 dollars more if your car is not a car in there eyes. I will “NEVER” come to the car wash ever AGAIN!!!! Owner told me either pay the $5 or take my business else where….

Used to come here and they did an okay job for the amount of money that I paid them for it. Now I read WAGE THEFT in the newspapers. So the business short changed the people actually washed my car. $7.00 an hour is half of what Minimum Wage Should be! Never coming back and I hope all the employees quit this place and work somewhere else.

I had such a horrible experience. Due to this matter I can’t trust no car wash anymore. I took my car to this car wash one hour before the place closed and the next day early morning I checked on top of my car, there was still dirt and dust all over. You could tell water hasn’t even come near it or even touched around that top area. As soon as I saw it I called the place numerous times and no one answered. I just simply wasted my time going there again. As I arrived there I talked with the owner and he was so rude and disrespectful to me. He admitted that the machine doesn’t work at all and the workers had to wash by hand. At that moment I got pretty mad and told him he should of told me and I could of decided whether or not to wash my car there. He then tried to back himself up by saying that my car got dirty in one night. That’s just so stupid don’t you think? This is not the first time they have not done a good job. I’ve already made a complaint once to them that they don’t clean well inside of my car. And like always, disappointing me, they don’t change. Please who ever is a client or just simply wants an urgent car wash DO NOT COME! I asked the owner to please give me back my money and he refused. He didn’t even offer to wash it again. Instead he told me to leave and never come back. I mean who wants to come to a place that first, doesn’t clean their car well, and second, lies to their customers. They just care about the money!!!! The owner told me to get a polish and do the full service so my car can be clean. That means he just wants to gain more easy money by lying and not even doing a good job either way! Please reconsider in coming to this place!
