Shinetime Auto Wash

This place is GARBAGE , all the equipment is broken or not working properly. I bought the basic bundle which give me 5 wash and dry for $40 , in my second visit the underbody blast and turbo dry didn’t work , leaving my car with ugly marks , at the same time trying to wash my mats the machine didn’t work after I put $3 in , I saw a car parked next to a door so I went and knocked, a man was there and I explained to him what happened, he was rude and gave me the $3 back and told me that he will let me go back in to the express wash for a second try , so I went to my car and pulled around back and I saw this guy , get in to his car and drive off , I waited for like 5 minutes realizing that he didn’t have any plan on coming back to let me in and wash my car . You can’t find any contact information for any problem at This place . But one thing is for sure , these people are stealing everyone’s money .

Went there last night to quickly spray the salt off of my car and when I swiped my car the pump never turned on the water was just trickling out and I quickly hit the stop button after 1 minute as I knew there was something wrong and the machine charged me 5$ for nothing!!! So I went to another bay and figure it would be working but when I swiped my car and the session started it was the same thing nothing happened this time I quickly hit the stop button after 45 seconds of trying to get the thing to work and it charged me another 5$!!!!! So I spent 10$ for absolutely nothing to be done and as you know I can't find any contact info for refund!!! THIS IS RETAIL THEFT AT ITS FINEST THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PROSECUTED!!!! This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Do not go to this location unless you want you car scratched by the auto wash or to have nothing happen when you pay for the spray wash!!!

Put $10 in to get a basic wash. Pulled in and it told me to ‘back up’, I did, it told me then ‘stop’ I did… nothing happened. Repeated this about 5 more times when I saw the owner pull in (I’ve seen him there before and his car) owner and I made eye contact, he clearly saw me having an issue and left so fast. No phone # to contact for a refund. What a rip off and horrible ownership. Go elsewhere.

Put $20.00 in automatic wash. Didnt get change. Out $2.00. Went in to get wash. All it did was trickle water over car and stop. Light said go. No power wash or no brushes ever moved. Wash complete. Sent copy of slip to email listed on building with no response. Also there is no phone number to call. What a rip off. Now out $20.00. There should be a way to give negitive stars.....

If I could give this place a -0 I would. Places are absolute mess. I bring my nice Corvette here to use the vacuum as well as the wash. The soap doesn’t dispense and the vacuums are absolutely terrible. Here’s what it looks like.
