Wow! I had such an amazing experience at this car wash. Free Air, Free Vacuum, and the customer service is top notch! Many thanks to the attendant Duane for going above and beyond during my first visit. I’m looking forward to bringing my car here in the future. Keep up the great work, Team Shiny Shell!

I really like the Shiny Shells, customer service is always top notch, today Austin was the friendly face to greet me. My only complaint is I wish there was a “household” membership instead of just a discount for each additional car because when I rent vehicles I like to return them cleaned as well. Plus I just want 1 membership that covers all my cars, even if it was only 1 wash/day—in reality that’s all I’d be up for anyways!

Jackson, cliff, Xavion, and bhrett are AWESOME! the whole crew here is awesome. never once had a poor experience here. Very happy to have come here and gotten a membership! My daughter loves the playground, the colored soap during the wash, and the cute pressure washer game in the lounge where you can get free drinks! Love this place!!!

Excellent Car Wash and fantastic customer service. Was going to the West Valley location at first, but seems they are having a lot of maintenance issues. This Kearns location is the best!!!! Update 4 months later. Still very pleased with the Kearns location. They provide towels, air, vacuums, all purpose cleaner, window cleaner, floormat cleaner, drinks and offer discounts to veterans such as myself. Customer service is the best. Bhrett helped me as I drove up today and was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions that I had. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Have been looking for a place to wash my 3 vehicles since the Bolt Car Wash i used to take it to was always broke. But, I didn’t want to have my car scratched like my wife's old car at Mr Car Wash. I watched this location while it was being built and decided I would go and get information. Found out from Jackson that they have a touch-less option. Him and another guy informed me that I should take my car through the wash first touch-less to clear any dust or dirt that may scratch my car. Then take it through again, but this time using the scrubbers. They told me that they had never seen a car get scratched using the wash. I walked the lot looking at other black cars before I made the decision to take it in. To my surprise the cars come out almost perfect every time. The first wash cleans all the dish and grime and the second wash deep cleans it. No scratches on either of 3 vehicles in the month I have had the membership. They provide everything you could need to ensure a perfectly shiny car. Window cleaner, dash cleaner, vacuums (both the flat regular hose and they also have the long skinny one for getting in tight places on both sides of the car), and my personal favorite, the air blower on both sides of your car which allows you to blow water out of tight spaces so they don’t drip down the car. They have a little play area for younger kids which is nice. They offer free refreshments as well in the form of a soda fountain. In that room they also have a little spray nozzle that the kids can use to spray cars as they go through the wash. On top of all that they offer free air fresheners and dash wipes every time I take the vehicles in. I’m so glad I found this place. It would take me 2-3 hours to get a good wash in other places. This literally takes me 30 mins to vacuum, clean the inside, and then wash the car. Jackson was great. Never had a bad experience here. Thank you soooo much.
