Smartpoint Express Carwash

I took my car here twice to give it a chance and both results were subpar. Half my car still had dirt. It does not produce the same quality as the automated drive-thru brush car washes that cost the same as this place.

Having owned my Tesla Model 3 for one month, it got dusty and in desperate need of a wash but the owner's manual clearly stated to use a touchless system so that spinning or rotating brushes do not harm your vehicle's paint. Needless to say I was worried about finding a good and established car wash station that offered such service until Yelp and Google came to the rescue! Many OUTSTANDING reviews compelled me to check out Smartpoint Express Car Wash by the Chevron station. I will start out by saying that Hector, the supervisor at this Chevron location, is a consummate professional who eliminated my car washing fears by showing me how the Laserwash 360 plus unit works and went above and beyond the call of duty by standing nearby to guide me during the process. Smartpoint Carwash is a state of the art touch-less system that provides the customers a premium wash for vehicles that require no touch washes like Teslas. As a member of the SoCal Tesla Auto Club, I highly recommend the Smart Point Express Car Wash at Buena Park. It offers reasonable fees to have your Tesla or any other luxury auto looking fresh as it came out of the showroom. The entire wash takes approximately under 8 minutes with two washing phases. The Laserwash incorporates an arch that is able to rotate 360 degrees shooting water while simultaneously navigating around your precious vehicle without making any contact avoiding scratches and dents. The premium option washes the undercarriage of the car too, which is not provided at most other car washes. I liked how the rinse washed the front and back of my car and the coating is even as well. You will also receive a token to use the vacuum cleaner which allows several minutes to vacuum your vehicle. Overall I am highly impressed with this system and although Teslas do not require gasoline, they do need a high quality touchless auto wash system and Chevron's Smart Point at Buena Park is the best option available. Passing by sprinklers will give you a better wash. Vacuums we’re also not accessible. They charge the same as a regular car wash that actually washes your car, don’t waste your money

Got a flat tire from the carwash and the car isn't even fully clean. Someone may have left debris but I guess nobody checked it.

When it’s working and the spotless rinse filters have been serviced it works great. Too bad half the time I go it’s not working or the card reader doesn’t. Then half the time it does work, the spotless rinse system is still leaving behind a ton of hard water spots. The owners need to stop being cheap and get this thing working properly.
