I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment at all costs. This place operates on deceptive tactics designed to upsell customers while failing to deliver the promised level of service or quality. On Saturday, November 9, 2024, I visited and was upsold the "Carnuba package" by a supervisor who claimed the regular price was over $70 but that I could get it for $49 as part of a promotional offer. He assured me this package would include a variety of services and take at least 30 to 40 minutes due to the expected busyness of the day. Imagine my surprise when my car was ready in just 18 minutes. Although I was in a rush and didn’t question the unusually quick turnaround, I later regretted that decision. Upon driving off, I noticed ground coffee grains and other debris still in my cupholder. Further inspection revealed smudges and fingerprints on all four windows, the interior of the doors hadn’t been wiped down, and while the seats were vacuumed, they were not wiped or treated, despite being leather. The tires were left untouched, and overall, my car appeared as though it had merely gone through a basic, $8 drive-thru car wash. I called the number provided on my receipt (951-898-6482), but my calls went unanswered. I left a detailed voicemail with all of my contact information, describing the issue and requested a call back from a manager. No one responded. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the business - calling every day since Tuesday, November 11, 2024 - leaving messages each time, yet still no follow-up. My final message conveyed that I would escalate this matter publicly if I didn’t receive a response, and yet, it has been two days without so much as an acknowledgment. While I would prefer to resolve this issue in person, my schedule doesn’t align with their hours of operation. What’s most disappointing, however, is not the subpar service, but the complete disregard for customer concerns. Their failure to follow through or even acknowledge my attempts to communicate is nothing short of frustrating. Consider this a warning: stay far away from this business if you value your time and money. They are clearly more interested in making a quick sale than providing any real service or standing behind their promises.

Spent $100 on the carpet express. Just got the car back and the first thing we did was look in the trunk. The trunk mat wasn’t vacuumed or washed at all so no one even went into the trunk to clean. They did vacuum the mat once I noted it but it still wasn’t cleaned. There are a lot of areas of the car interior that look like they were lightly wiped down but there were areas where it was very obviously not cleaned or skipped over. There are also these black splotches on the exterior that I can wipe with my finger and it’s greasy but wipes off easily so not sure…how that happened. I appreciate the carpet clean but other than that….not very thorough at all and I’ll have to go over the car again with a vacuum and wipes. Sad because I was really excited about this wash. No air freshener which was something I didn’t know they provided until someone asked what I wanted at the beginning and I just noticed that wasn’t added in. Looks like this was just rushed and no attention to detail. Looks better than it did to some extent but still, the entire trunk was missed…for a $100 car wash lol 🤷‍♀️ The first time I came here, same issue with no attention to detail, but they also scrubbed the radio area so hard with whatever chemicals and scrubbed so hard they removed some of the matte finish from the left side of the stereo until it was shiny. Crazy and the car was only a few years when that happened. Thought I’d give them another try today….🤦‍♀️

This is the best car spa ever!! Not only was my truck taken care of with extra care and perfection, the customer service is top notch!! I drove all the way from WA state and they were so accommodating to my schedule and the care of my truck!! I would recommend this place over all the other places everyday, my truck looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought it!!!

Worst car wash ever, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They do such a poor job, my car is still dirty even though I paid for the premium car wash. There are water marks everywhere on the paint, they did not vaccum anything aside from front the car mats. The back seats & doors were not cleaned at all. worst car wash ever.

My first time going here and got home to notice how many smudges and dirt were left behind. I also noticed a scratch on my window I haven't noticed before. I feel they could've done better for purchasing a grand slam wash. The women at the cashier was rude and lifeless. Other than how shiny and nice smelling my car was, this place was just ok. They're fast but lack in the finished product. My photos don't do the messy job justice. It's hard to see with the reflection but I tried.
