Spanky's Car Wash

The machine is completely automated & has no problem taking your money. The car was machine however, doesn't work at all anymore. The machine does not refund despite having a "refund" button. No human beings located on site. No one answers the posted phone number which matches the phone number here on Google. No voice-mail box or message options. No way to contact any one. I got the expected cheap car wash many years ago, but reading the other reviews here would suggest it is time to report this place to the Better Business Bureau or whatever department of government is responsible for holding these places accountable because they are simply stealing people's money. Nearly every single time I try to get a car wash it is never working. It's a waste of time to even try because odds are it's not working. I'm astonished how such a large property on Broadway can even stay in business when it's never working. 12/1/24 - Follow up. To my surprise Spanky's Car Wash was open this morning. Upon selecting my wash I noticed an extreme price hike. $10, $15, $18. I selected the $15 option. I may have well just threw my money out the window and been on my way. Was there even any soap dispenser during my wash? Don't get me started on the dryer. I could have gotten out of my car and blew on it, and done a better job. Don't waste your money here. If you need a touch free wash, go to the Valero on 512 as it's cheaper and better. My recommendation to the owner of Spanky's, do Wind Gap a favor and sell the place. This lot would be better off as literally anything else.

Nothing works here! Machines take your money, but nothing happens. Fix bay two. Also, token machine does not work. Finally, your phone number is disconnected. If you want to lose money, go to the casino - you will have more fun!

Went for a car wash just to get my car scratched because no water neither soap was coming out. Took my $20 and there was no sign to say that it wasn’t working and took my change. Called the number and said it was disconnected this i sent even right do better and stop stealing from people.

I've been ripped off from this place several times. Sent an email made some phone calls. No response. See my pictures. Coin machine will charge you and not give proper coins. Happened at least 3x. Rinse button didn't work after 35 minutes spent shaping and washing. Faulty equipment. Leaking hoses.
