Spark Car Wash

When spark opened I didn’t immediately run to their location. I had been to another spark wash & their wash was always just average. However this location is great. I absolutely love it. The wash is consistent, the service is good, it’s never overly busy, and they have a mat cleaner for carpet & rubber mats. This to me has become one of my favorite stops. If you’re looking for a good, affordable, and consistent car wash spark is for you. I would recommend this establishment in a heartbeat!

The best car wash for 75 miles or more. Don’t waste your time going to the other ones. Been there done that! Spark is the best!! Super friendly and plenty of clean Microfiber towels. They have two types of car mat cleaners too. Awesome vacuums and compressed air to blow out your cars.

Okay, folks, buckle up because this is going to be a ROUGH one. As a local customer, I've seen my fair share of businesses, good and bad in the neighborhood. But Spark Car Wash on RT 38 takes the cake for the WORST car wash experience I've EVER had. And trust me, that's saying something. AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS. I signed up for their "unlimited monthly washes" deal, thinking it would be a convenient way to keep my car clean. Boy, was I wrong. In the last two weeks alone, I've been turned away at least FOUR TIMES because their car wash was broken. Yes, you read that right, FOUR TIMES (this place is 8 miles from my house). I'm attaching photos as proof, showing the orange cones and the long line of disappointed customers being turned back. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. When the car wash IS actually functioning, it's a menace to your vehicle. My car has suffered MULTIPLE DEEP SCRATCHES thanks to their faulty equipment. I have taken videos that showcase the brutal washing that show how poorly maintained the machinery is. As seen in one of the videos, the soap/shampoo never comes out and brushes roll on your dry car just scratching it with out cleaning! Another video is attached of exact same moment in the wash were the soaps do come out (different day). So it's a luck of a draw I guess?? Today was the final straw. I drove up, only to be told, yet again, that the car wash was down (this was 2 days in a row). I had to argue with the female manager on duty just to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn't use. I finally got it, but the hassle was absolutely ridiculous. (See attached photo of refund receipt). But what about hours of time that was wasted? where is my compensation for that? You wait in the line, then you are told, the car wash needs a reset, they tell you to go out from the exit and get back in the lines only to finally get there to find out now there is another issue that will take an hour. You come back after the hour and the car was is not shut for rest of the day. This has happened multiple times in last 2 weeks!! Let me be clear: I don't blame the managers or the employees. This is clearly an OWNERSHIP issue. The owners are cutting corners, neglecting maintenance, and prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction and safety. They are well aware of the problems, but choose to do nothing. And don't even get me started on their so-called "positive reviews." I suspect a large majority of them are incentivized. They hand out coupons for free car washes in exchange for 5-star reviews. This is a deceptive practice, and it paints a false picture of the actual customer experience. My honest advice is this: DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this car wash. Save your money, save your time, and save your car from potential damage. I will never be returning, and I strongly discourage anyone else from making the same mistake I did. There are plenty of other car washes in town that actually value their customers and maintain their equipment. Find one of those instead. Zero out of five stars. A complete disaster.

Clearly visable from Rt38. Entrance in from rear from S. Pemberton Rd or Rt38. Note be mindful driveway comes up quick driving at speed limit and turning traffic. I used the free offer that came in the mail for a free signature wash (20.00 value) that required going online to receive the qr code, and this review is based on this one wash. Line was long. There is a code scanner and automated gate. There is a merge directly pass gate with express lane, which has its own gate. There is no personnel to brush your rims, fold in your mirrors, or any pre wash details only a person to guide you in and remind you to shut off wipers and put car in neutral. So your rims will not be clean. The automated wash was no different than any other. When exiting wash their was no personnel to dry off the car, so of course, I found soap runs on the rear of my car. From other reviews, I read that there is free vacuum, air, and drying rags. I did of course see the vacuum area but thought is was an additional charge and after using a voucher with a 20.00 value just for the wash I thought who knows how much it would cost for the vacuums. I found nothing special about this car wash and for the cost would not be recommended. Everyone has their own experience and opinion, this one is mine. Respectfully

Highly recommend .. they’re very good at keeping promises. I just had a great experience. So last week I was in line to get my car washed, but due to a family emergency had to leave the line. The gentleman was nice enough to recommend that I keep my receipt and then I can come back anytime to get a free car wash and they just surprise me with no question and accommodated what the other person promised… honesty and trust is the kind of service I want
