Sparkle Car Wash

Paid 40 dollars for a full interior and exterior car wash. Tipped well prior to the hand dry and interior vacuuming. The job was not complete, no attention to detail. First time and last time coming. Will try other car wash locations moving forward, excluding sparkle car wash locations.

First time, I took the used vehicle I just purchased for a wash and paid for the hand service. I sat outside in the cold on a bench while I waited and thought Wow! they are quick. I got in the car and there were large visible dirt smudges onntje doors, the dash, and the consoles and door pockets appeared to not be wiped out. I get it, its not detailing but C'mon. aif your gonna use youe foot to hold the door open, wipe the mud off.

Sparkle, self served car wash was a bad experience this time they had a note saying on one of the bays that the foam brush wasn’t working come to find out neither the pressure washer had no soap . So I call the lady was very nice gave me other chance to wash my car THANK YOU 😁 . so I went to a different bay no note that said the foam brush wasn’t working, so I assumed it was working. I was a little bit excited about it I like to brush my car before I officially wash it. Come to find out. It was not working😡 after my wash I wanted to dry my car with their blow dryer they had I picked it up and the hose came off so at this point I had to hold the hose a certain way to try to dry off my car. I didn’t fully dry it off unfortunately this is my first time ever having this much problems at sparkle car wash so I’m pretty sad about it

I love it. Fast and you stay in your car. In 4 minutes you have a clean exterior for your car. Great to get the mud and bugs off in summer and to remove salt from the undercarriage in winter. I always get the high end to protect the car, like $16. There are always cars going through, but they are very efficient so it doesn't get backed up. You pay on the screen with a credit card.

The prices aren’t bad and the free vacuums are convenient. But my car often stays dirty in some spots, which can be somewhat frustrating considering I just paid to clean it.
