Sparkle Car Wash

Car door was severely damaged by the wash system. The manager, Gio, insisted the car wash did not damage the car, stating that it would have damaged every other car as well. When asked about the CCTV, which would make it trivial to prove whether or not my car was damaged prior to entering the wash, he made an excuse about the owner, Mark, being on vacation for two weeks, and being the only person with access to it. I have filed a claim with my insurance. The total damages were $1,405.60. Insurance has found the car wash at fault and has already arranged to have the damage repaired. I do not recommend using this car wash. I've canceled my monthly plan and will not be returning. This is super disappointing as I've been coming here without issue since I moved here two and a half years ago until now. I would have been much happier if we had worked together to get the damages repaired, and probably would have chalked it up to a simple mechanical issue one-off and kept coming here, but the generally irresponsible and dishonest conduct of the staff has me warned off. Edit 2/13 - Hi Mark! Actually, that's not paint being removed, that's material transfer left behind from the piece of machinery that damaged my car. The paint was only damaged in a couple spots where the machinery creased the door enough that it flaked. It's good to know you're more interested in calling me a liar publicly in front your potential customers rather than working to correct the problem - I'm sure they'll keep this in mind when they consider what would happen if their vehicle was accidentally damaged in your wash. I initially felt a little guilty at leaving a bad review even though your wash manager's conduct warranted it, but after reading your response I feel fully justified.

These guys are the best. Always attentive, hardworking and your car comes out looking great. Plus - they have a punch card that allows for a free wash after ten. They honor what you’ve always gotten. So if you get a higher level service on a routine basis, they’ll give you the free one at the higher level. Good business practice. I’ve also used them for detailing and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. They left food crumbs and debris all over the back of my car, showing they didn’t bother to clean properly. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I do not recommend their service!

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! This was my first time going to this carwash and I am l left speechless. For the longest time I’ve been trying to find a carwash that can actually clean my interior well and Sparkle Car Wash went above and beyond. I paid for the 5 star treatment which was about $46 (including tax) and they gave me a 6 star treatment! My leather seats were left looking so shiny, the inside of my car smelled so good it didn’t need a car freshener. Overall, I went inside my car and it felt like it was brand new all over again. The place looks aesthetically pleasing, the workers look and are hard working! Unlike other car washes where they put in the minimum amount of effort even though you’re paying for the full service *cough cough Cleanway Car wash, dont go there* AND they even give you a loyalty card which means if you keep coming, they’ll give you a free one! Which I certainly will be doing. Thank you Sparkle Car Wash for your honesty and hard work.

Just came from there. This is not my first time from this car wash when they had the one on ridgedale I was very happy when Heather and Jordan was there. But every time I go to the one on East Hanover They never do a good job I went this morning at 8 AM not busy and look at how my car looks after I got it washed
