I never really used car washes often before, so this was the first time I’ve ever signed up for a subscription, yet I was incredibly disappointed every single time. Nothing is ever cleaned well, and I was told that because of the kind of subscription I had, there would be workers who hand dried my car. No one was ever there and I ended up drying my car by myself every single time with their “clean” towels but they seemed dirty every time. I have tried to cancel my subscription with them for almost half a year now, constantly trying to call or leave a message, but no one ever picks up, all their other phone numbers don’t work, and their voice mails are always “too full”. It’s a complete ripoff, which was very disappointing for me.

Was initially excited to have signed up with this company, until my last two visits; and now also having experienced the other location on redwood, this place is awful. The staff do what seems like less than the bare minimum, if you can get any interaction from them; the wash isn't very thorough or effective, none of the vacuums seem to work well, if at all, and the 'clean towels' on the cart don't seem to be cleaned very well. This location feels like you've stepped into somewhere that knows they're going under soon aaand are just there to try and bring in as much money as possible before they shutter their doors and disappear. Zero focus on customer experience, or quality work. Not only would I not recommend this location, I would, and do, actively recommend staying away from this location, and the company in general. The other location (redwood) makes having the subscription somewhat worth it, but not enough to justify, to me, their monthly subscription service.

Im bummed that No Stars is not an option!!!! At close to 50 years old, I have taken countless cars through countless car washes. I have never seen a sign showing that a car wash is not responsible for broken mirrors. I understand aftermarket accessories not being covered for damage, but a factory mirror? This should have been my sign to leave, but I decided to give them a try. Sure enough, as we are in the car wash, one of the giant spinning wash deals swings violently against my passenger door and breaks my mirror...... a $500 Mirror!!!! Its pretty obvious to me that they know they have a problem, and instead of fixing this, they simply say.... Not Our Fault. If you value your car, do not use this car wash!!!!! FOLLOW UP: Your response is nothing more than a standard, cover your butt response. If there was video, why was that never brought up until now? If there is video, it will show that your equipment did exactly what i stated.. It slammed violently into the side of my vehicle. I challenge you to share the video with me.

Even less impressed by this company now. Vast differences between the two locations, I signed up during the holidays at $10/MO for the basic monthly unlimited wash. Then December, billed the same amount. Then, few days ago, they're trying to clear $42 out my account. Now, I understand the idea of promotional rates and the need to increase things over time, but 4x the amount, with zero notification?! And the terrible service and experience at this location? Canceling membership (or just continue to not put funds onto the card they have on file lol) and actively campaigning against this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Y'ALL

I don’t write reviews, but it should be known that THIS BUSINESS IS RUN TERRIBLY!! Don’t sign up for a monthly membership! You will be over billed, told one thing by an incompetent employee at the location and then charged something else. No one at the location can help with any billing questions and they default to referring you the website to contact someone about everything. Once you’ve abided by that run around, they’ll continue to charge you for months after you cancel your membership. And trust me, you’ll want to cancel. The only thing that should suck at a car wash are the vacuums, and the ones here don’t! Your vehicle won’t be clean after it comes out of the tunnel because the apparent strategy at this place is to use as the same amount of soap and water required to wash a dinner plate for your entire vehicle. Save your money, just splash a cup of water on your car and you’ll end up with the same level of clean and you’ll save 2 hours every month from not having to email and call to try to cancel your car wash pass.
