Sparkling Image Car Wash

The service here was phenomenal! I brought my nephew’s car for a deep cleaning session. He travels a great deal and had just driven from Texas to California….this car needed tender loving care and team at Sparkling did a great job of restoring the car to a shiny version of itself. The specific detailed spent maybe 30 minutes cleaning the interior and I left what I hope was a generous tip for his effort. Definitely recommend them for servicing or their monthly packages.

Update- Today I was surprised, they finally did the interior barrels of the wheels. I’ve always heard an excuse that it’s a “hazard” which it isn’t. The finish of the car didn’t have any streaks or spots this time. As long as they do this job every time I’ll leave the 5 stars, but can easily be changed back to a 1. Absolutely horrible job, streaks everywhere, water spots down the passenger doors, should be either refunded or do the job over again and then some with a gift card. My wife said they wiped the car down very briefly and then left the car for about 10 minutes without being attended to again which definitely explains the streaks and water spots everywhere. Besides keeping her waiting, leaving a car in the sun with water still on it will leave you with these type of results. Wheels were not done properly and still have tons of brake dust all over them. Let us know how you plan on fixing this.

I’ve had a membership here for many years. If you get your car washed more than twice a month the membership pays for itsself and you can come every day if you wanted. Bill is always welcoming and greets everyone with a smile. The staff does a great job Bill is always helpful in making sure the customer is happy with a job well done.

I like the car wash because it’s centrally located but sometimes they rush the car wash process… I pay for the exterior and this is the second day I came in row and they only wet one side of the car to start and clean the driver wheels… what about the other side???? I’m thinking about finding another car wash with the monthly service if this continues. Also I get the complete exterior monthly and always have water spots on my car even though they claim there would be no water marks that’s not true.point is I always have to do extra work to get water marks off after the car gets washed.

Not a great experience. I was shocked how much dust and water marks were left on my vehicle immediately after. I definitely didn’t leave with a “clean” car. Bummed because my car still looks obviously dirty.
