Sparkling Image Car Wash

A bit disappointed in the wash. outside was great and shiny but interior wasn’t cleaned much, dash is still dusty wasn’t wiped down, my car was not dirty from the interior so i believe a good wipe down could have been done. Unfortunately first and last for me. Just felt like no effort to clean the car had to go home and finish wiping it down myself. Defeats the purpose. Photos were driving out of the carwash.

UPDATE: So, now we are in negative star territory after realizing that the wash process at Sparkling Image is actually causing swirl marks. I bought my SQ5 in July '24, had a ELPO coating applied upon purchase - the thing was perfect looking for a 3 year old car (Note: it is not the car pictured below). After six months of washes at this business, I can now see that something in their process has created swirl marks (likely the drying towels because the don't replace them with new ones, they simply wash them in an industrial washer so they retain some of the previous usage grit). Full disclosure: I have never washed this car anywhere else - not even at home; it's always and only been washed at this business. Anywho... perhaps they will sell me the $300 package with the clay bar treatment to get rid of the swirl marks they created? This place kinda sucks.... good luck, everyone UPDATE: went back for my rainy day wash and told dude about how they don’t get it all clean. “Oh. That’s bugs! You need a special wash to get bugs off.” So. $26 bucks is not special enough for typical road dirt. Got it. TL;DR: poor wash, AVOID. Consistently underwhelming wash from these guys. They don’t get the crusted bug or road splatters off. Always a rush job. When I mentioned it once, I was told I need to pay for the in and out ($100) service if I wanted it that clean. I guess 25 bucks ain’t worth shit to them. (And, tell me again how we get “bug splatters” on the rear window? Uh-huh.

So I went to this car wash and paid $44.99 + a $5 tip just to have a dirty car. They didn’t even move my mats to vacuum the car properly.And after I left I called and asked why didn’t the at least armorial the inside and the girl politely said we charge $15 extra for that. Over priced Garbage car wash. I will not be going back. You shouldn’t go there either.

This place is awesome. I didn't like my old car wash down the street. So I started coming here a month ago. It takes a little bit longer but that is only because they're spending that time on making my car beautiful. When you first get here Sam will check you in and he is the nicest guy. You're having a bad day you will leave here with a smile on your face after talking to Sam!!!
