Sparta Car Wash INC

Came here yesterday for a car wash. First off, the lady that helped me began kicking the dirt off my car with her foot, and told me she had to add on a $5 charge because my car had “extra dirt” on it. Okay I guess, this is a car wash so typically the whole point of a car wash is to wash the car, but whatever, I just went with it. Paid $30 plus the $5 additional for the mini detail, which included a tire shine, vacuum, mats washed, fragrance, undercarriage, etc. Car came out looking pretty much the exact same. Tires still dirty and not shined, dash looked like they did one sweep with a rag over it, mats still dirty, no vacuum, no fragrance, dirt still even on the outside of the car. So I went around again, first guy that helped me told me I needed to pay extra for the dirt to be taken off my tires?? Sign says that’s included with the mini detail, which I paid for, plus the extra $5 which I still don’t understand why I was charged that but okay? Another guy came over and told the first guy to put the car through again. Car came out looking ever so slightly more clean, but still dirty. Mats still dirty, tires still dirty and not shined, no vaccum, dash still dusty. On the bright side we got the fragrance this time! So, still not satisfied at all for what I paid for, I went around again. They told me to speak with someone instead. So I went inside, I told the lady at the desk that my car was still dirty after going around twice. I showed her the pictures posted below. First she groaned at me and rolled her eyes, and then asked me to follow her to speak with her and another worker in private. So I explained the situation again. I asked for a refund, and the lady yelled at me and told me she refuses to give me one. The guy said to put my car through again, I told him no, I’ve already been here for 45 minutes, you’ve put it through twice, and I’m not going to wait another 15 minutes for it to come out looking exactly the same, so I would prefer a refund. Then woman than proceeded to tell me “You came in here with your car extra dirty”, which is true, I was just recently on a trip in which I had to drive through a lot of mud. I then said “This is a car wash, right? So, the point of coming here is to wash the dirt off my car?? Plus you charged me $5 for the extra dirt, and it’s still there, so what exactly was the point of that?” They look at me like I had 2 heads. At this point, I just asked the woman again if I could have a refund. I paid $35 for all the services included, none of which I got. I’ve wasted this much time of my day here, and do not want to waste anymore. She walked away from me mid-sentence. Very rude. Eventually she came back with a card with a number to call, and said the manager was not in that day and to call tomorrow. So I called today and asked for him, to which I was hung up on. So that’s nice. I used to come here all the time when I was younger with my mom before I could drive. The old workers/owner were wonderful. She never had an issue and always left more than happy. This is my first time here with the new owner, and it’s absolutely terrible. Not even an apology for not getting what I paid for, not once, but twice. Who runs a business like this? Please don’t waste your time with this place. Go literally anywhere else.

Been going here for 16 years. They are like family. Any issue I ever had was resolved on the spot, and they always take care of you. They remember you, they treat you like family. Loyalty pays! My whole family gets details for Christmas and they ask enjoy this car wash.

Place is sad, did a complete facelift for what reason to wash cars worse there hours suck, then you call about all the non wash and there nothing they can do these Malakas need to sell this place to someone who knows to run a car wash

The place is not run well. It was very crowded. Had to wait a long time to pay for the wash. It was expensive compared to other car washes I've been to. The car wash kept experiencing problems along the whole line during the procedure - stops, breakdowns, alarms! The people are not professional. One of the worker men was screaming at a woman worker! The inside of my car was not really clean! 👎

3/1/25: I got here at 7:55 am. Second car in line. It says they open at 8:00 am on Saturday’s. It is now 8:30 am with a line of about 15 cars and the place is still not open. After seeing all the negative reviews on here, the general public is correct about this place. The owner must want to be purposely trying to sink this business for some reason.
