Splash Car Spa

I went to Splash Car was and the service was exceptional. My car was really dirty inside and out. And I wasn’t sure how clean they would be able to get it. I must say I was astonished!!!!! My car looks like it was detailed truly. Today the temperature was 109 degrees and the employee were out in that heat and did not skip on the details. Thank you so much for supurb service. I will definitely be returning and sharing with everyone I know

Came in at 12:25, left my car and went to Wal-Mart to buy some stuff. Lady said it will take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hr as its busy. Asked for engine wash said they can't do it as not enough staff. 50$ for car wash and detail. Oh and my car was a mess inside. When we got back from Walmart at 1:30 I just saw my car leaving the wash bay. Either they had to thoroughly vacuum my car or it was really really busy. Went to taco bell and ate lunch. When we were done we still had to wait for another 15 minutes. Got my car 1 hour and 40 minutes. There was a guy who said his car was not yet ready after 90 mins. So he was asking for refund. He was waiting for a long time and observed that some other cars where done ahead of him he was not too happy. Lady that did the intake did not have the skill to pacify him. To make matters worst one of the detailer started answering back. And they were yelling at each other. This could have been avoided if the in take Lady did not keep offering the detail service when she had more than 10 cars in que. Or at least gave the guy a longer estimate on the service. She was telling customers behind me the same 90 min estimate when I finished. They made a killing today but I'm sure some customers will not come back. I was just passing by and had walmart not been near by I would not have gone here. But for the service I got I will give them 5 stars. The car was detailed nicely. 👌

First time here😊 Really needed help with cleaning my car’s exterior and more importantly the interior. Thankful for the help and hard work into my car. There’s plenty of message chairs inside you can sit in (message part requires card payment). Outdoor seating with shade umbrellas are also available while you wait for your car. There are 4 types of cleaning plans. I chose the Manager Special for my car’s need. The wait wasn’t too long for a weekday, but I assume weekends are a longer wait.

$25 for water and nearly any soap used, got my windshield cracked and employees eating chips and sleeping in the massage chairs inside while customers waiting standing up, have video footage. don't recommend, a lot of other ppl said to have their items stolen and cars scratched as they use hard bristle brushes DONT GO HERE BETTER OFF USING QUICK QUACK BETTER STAFF OR WASHING YOURSELF

Rip off. Paid 60 bucks for hand wash, detail, and spray wax only to get the quality of a subpar wash. 1) leaves and twigs still in the outside of car 2) molding rag smell inside the car 3) no detail work 4) paid for hand wash, but they still let it go thru the brushes when i wasn't looking! Got into arguement with owner and he just kept making excuses for his employees. He said he puts his Mercedes thru the autowash with brushes. lol Joe gave me a free wash for next time... but I'm not impressed. Good thing i took my wife's car instead. They are never touching my truck
