SPLASH The Car Wash - Hand Car Wash/ Detail Center/Auto Repair

I visited this car wash a few more times before deciding whether to renew my membership. Unfortunately, I’ve had consistently poor experiences. I’ve come multiple times, hoping to find someone who’s better, but the staff seems to rush through the process, leaving the cars dirty. I have the D membership, which should provide me with regular car washes and cleaning services. However, the car I’ve had washed still look dirty after the service. I won’t recommend this car wash and will continue shopping around for a better option.

As a frequent customer of Splash Car Wash, I can confidently say this is the best hand car wash in the county! Every time I bring my car in, the team consistently exceeds my expectations. They are friendly, professional, and treat my vehicle with the utmost care. The quality of their work is always top-notch. From the spotless exterior to the perfectly detailed interior, no detail is ever overlooked. They’re meticulous with hard-to-reach areas like the wheels and door jambs, and my car always comes out looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

I am not happy with the service they have provided me since one of the wheels was not cleaned and the others are poorly cleaned. I had to pass air myself so that I didn’t have the drops of water marked all over the car. I also had to clean my glass holder since it had papers and they were neither vacuumed nor cleaned. I paid for a goal service where supposedly everything is included the tires and good service in general and I didn’t get that.

My car came in dirty and needed a good vacuuming. The owner and workers were incredibly nice and welcoming. They made sure my tires were shiny and that my car was perfectly vacuumed. The price was amazing—I only paid $32 for everything, including a car wash and mat wash. My car looked immaculate afterward! I will definitely be returning and will be a forever customer.

I recently visited Splash Car Wash in Orange, NJ, and my experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I was greeted by an extremely long line, which I had anticipated given some of the reviews I had read. However, what followed was quite frustrating. As I was patiently waiting my turn, I witnessed an older woman cutting in line. This behavior was not only inconsiderate but also disrespectful to all of us who were waiting. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they informed me that the woman was “confused” and claimed she was only crossing the line to get to the other side. This was hard to believe, as it was clear she intended to skip ahead. Feeling that the situation needed to be addressed, I went inside to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, my encounter with him was equally disappointing. Rather than addressing the issue, he seemed dismissive and pretended to misunderstand me. When I pointed out that allowing her to cut in was unfair, he shrugged it off, claiming it was “just one car” and that it was good for business. I felt my time was being disregarded, and it was evident that customer service was not a priority for him. When I expressed my frustration and indicated that I was considering leaving, the manager’s response was surprisingly apathetic. He even seemed to plead with me not to leave a review about my experience, which only further solidified my resolve to share my story. Waiting behind 13 cars only to see someone skip ahead was incredibly frustrating, especially with management seemingly turning a blind eye. Ultimately, I believe that a business should prioritize fairness and respect for all customers. Unfortunately, Splash Car Wash did not meet those expectations during my visit. If you value your time and expect a service that respects all customers equally, you might want to consider other options.
